Do not use this service he also goes by arianna tree service and Larry Wagner, He will not complete the job per agreement, go with a more Reputable company

Tree monkey did a job for my pap on george street an they went above an beyond for him at a great price. They helped him sharpen his own chainsaw blade didnt even ask him to do so an they took away all the tree limbs an clean everything up very well, also the entire crew was very friendly i would reccomend TREE MONKEY to anyone with any tree or stump issues

Came mid afternoon had only his 15 yr. Old son to work with him took forever it was completely dark when says he finished. I couldn't walk outside to inspect work. I am so allergic to poison ivy i couldn't go out there. He was paid to remove all of it;he did. Not. Infact left almost half of vines untouched and only removed half of what he cut down.TERRIBLE WORK÷ if your smart and read this don't use him!

Called them and he said would be there at 12:30 for an estimate. He never showed up. Waited and called 2 more times. He never answered or called back.

After 4 days he called back. He stopped and gave an estimate. I called him the next day to schedule the work. 4 more days and he called back. At that point he said he would call me on Friday or Saturday and would be out to do the work. It's been two and a half weeks and he hasn't even called let alone done any work. I dont know how you expect to succeed with a small business if your custservice is this poor but if you can't return a call after 2+ weeks then I sure cant trust you to do the work that I need done

This is the same tree service as The Tree Monkey. Not a reliable business. They started the job and never finished. Left us a huge mess.

Unprofessional, does not respond by text or phone call or show up when supposed to. Would say they were coming back next day to finish or would come on the weekend: no text or call that they weren’t coming . When they finally did come back; it was weeks later and we had no idea they were coming. Hid cutting trunk in pieces by not cutting all of the way through. Only cut through top piece appearing to be cut through bc their chain saw was too small. Not fully equipped to handle too big a job. Unreliable. Spend more money and hire someone who is professional and does a good job and gets it done efficiently rather than lowest bid. Left food wrappers and cans all over the yard. Took out half of the tree next to it. Left their saws and equipment on our property (good thing we noticed bc we have small children and it’s their play area. But that weekend they came and took their equipment and we had not even known until it was just gone. Hit the neighbors roof with a limb. Poor management. Rarely leave reviews online but I would hate for someone else to deal with the mess. Glad it’s over. Management seems , but truly not reliable, unfortunately. Had to ask for proof of insurance . Truly wish it was a better , more professional experience.
