We know Lotis Construction for years and they have referred work to our company as well. I personally called them for a quote on my driveway and they made room in their busy schedule to come out and measure and give us a quote and preform the work. Top notch team and best concrete finishing I’ve seen to date. Thanks for being a reliable, fair, trustworthy company in a world of unreliability.

I had some tree service completed. Extremely happy with the work and the price. The whole crew was extremely professional and friendly. I was so pleased I decided to use them to do more work, a retaining wall. I definitely suggest anyone looking for any landscaping work to retain their services.

I had an addition put on and the surrounding work site area was a complete mess. Cory gave me a fair bid to grade the property, add several inches of topsoil and apply grass seed and fertilizer. He checked the weather for the most opportune time to do the work, showed up when he said he would and completed the job. He returned a few weeks later to reseed the areas that did not completely take. I would recommend them (Cory) without any reservation.

I was out of town and contacted Pro-lawns to see if they could squeeze in my lawn for a quick cut. The owner Cory was very professional and assured me he could help me out. They were at my house the next morning cut, trimmed, and left everything looking perfect for when I got home! I would recommend pro-lawn landscaping to anyone!

Cory and his team exceeded our expectations with the expansion of our patio. They gave a detailed estimate as well as provided great work. We went from a small pad to a large outdoor space that we are so excited about. Team is very professional as well and we will be keeping them in our minds for any future projects!

These workers were great! Came quickly after accepting estimate, did detailed professional work, and were friendly and hard working. The front patio and walkway were done exactly as we requested, and they even eliminated the need for a few steps to street level by slanting the walkway gradually. Cory and his team at Pro Lawn Land. more then delivered on their promise. We had a natural spring/running water on our premises that Pro Lawn was able to reroute and relieve us of these issues. Not only did they solve the issue they also manicured, cleaned, reseeded grass and Refinished the driveway that they used. Everything was clean and legit. These guys were wonderful to work with.

Cory and his team were amazing. We contracted with them and then had to wait 4 months to get scheduled. They were totally worth it! I had horrible drainage and flooding issues with our house taking in water every time it rained. They sealed & waterproofed our foundation, installed multiple drains, regraded my yard and so much more. Amazing. It's been a month since, with multiple downpours and my house is bone dry. Can't recommend enough.

Honest, reliable, great people to work with. We went with Cory and his crew to landscape our beautiful new Custom Shuster home. He did not disappoint! Our beautiful new stamped and stained patio with custom firepit really makes our backyard unique. Our custom cast concrete retaining wall in the front gets us tons of compliments and he made our yard a paradise the way he leveled it and added our new lawn. Lotis Construction worked on two separate projects at my house. The first project was a driveway in 2021, and the second project a front and back patio this year (September 2023). On both occasions, the team performed an amazing work, communicated details before and during the project, and left the area clean when everything was completed. I get a lot of compliments from the driveway and patios thanks to Cory and his team. They are highly recommended for any concrete, driveway, and retaining wall work.

We have hired Cory on numerous occasions at our old house, our new house, our rentals, as well as our business that we own, Weiss Meats in Pleasant Hills. Cory at Pro Lawn has far exceeded our expectations every single time. We got quotes from several landscapers this year to do our mulch around the house. Cory was the cheapest we found for the work we needed done, and not only that, but he was able to come the next day after giving us the quote! The work was very prompt and professional and we are very happy with it! I would highly recommend him!

I spoke with Cory and hired Lotis to do a concrete driveway, retaining wall and landscaping for my newly constructed home. It was a big, multi-week job. The driveway in particular was a massive and tricky undertaking (36 feet across, 3 lanes, up a steep hill with a parking pad at the top). Believe me, it was not the kind of project I was going to hire just anybody to do.

Everything turned out great. Cory was out working with or leading/advising the team every day. The crew was very knowledgeable and experienced, there was always enough manpower (6 to 7 guys every day of the driveway pour), and I never had any concerns that they wouldn't get things done right. Furthermore, after the job was finished, a bad storm washed away some parts of the grass that had been planted. The team came back out, fixed up some erosion problems and re-seeded the grass for us.

Everybody's job is different, but big or small if you have a concrete or outdoor construction job that you just can't afford to have go wrong, you definitely need to call Lotis and meet with Cory before making a decision on who you want to do the work.

Cory is very professional and quick to get back to us with any questions about the project. Cory and his team did some sidewalk work at our Family Dollar and the project was done promptly and perfect! I highly reccommend them!

The whole process with Pro Lawn Landscaping was a great experience. Cory was already ahead in my book against his competitors when he showed up and gave me a quote (most were no shows, no call-backs). Cory gave a great price for the quality of work I have seen them do, and the quote was very clearly defined, so I knew what I was getting (no hidden fees or surprises later on). Cory stayed in contact about when he would be able to start my project and made sure the dates worked with me (post-COVID construction shutdown, and was still able to schedule all of their jobs in a timely manner). They did most of their work while I was at work, but I was able to catch them a few times in the evening. Cory and his crew are just good people who are respectable, reliable, hardworking, and honest. I missed the final week of the project being our of town, and when i got home I was very impressed with the finished project. All of my neighbors who were home watching them all day told me that they have never seen a hardscaper pay attention to detail the way these guys did on every block of my wall. I get constant compliments form neighbors walking on the street, and loving how it transformed the look of my house. I recommend Pro Law Landscaping for all projects.
