Jose did a amazing job removing some large trees on my property I did not feel comfortable removing. his crew was extremely professional and Jose is very knowledgeable when it comes to trees. He made suggestions based on tree health and made recommendations around not trimming or waiting to trim some trees. The team at JP Tree Care was amazing. The best customer service I experienced, I called 3 other companies, JP Tree Care was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. The other companies lacked communication. He was not the cheapest (cheap is never good) or the most expensive. He was exactly what I needed. Friendly and knowledgeable. From start to finish he kept me informed the whole way. Truly a 5 star experience.

Jose initially came out to do an assessment of seven trees which are close to our house. He advised that one of the trees needed to be taken down and we arranged a time for this to be done. Communication was very good and the pricing was transparent, with several options for us to choose from depending on how we wanted to dispose of the wood.

On the day for the tree removal, Jose and his team showed up on time and dealt with the tree very efficiently and cheerfully. They cleared everything up afterwards and even left us some neatly-stacked firewood, which was very much above and beyond. We were really impressed with the entire operation and will certainly use Jose again for any tree maintenance in the future. Thanks guys!

We had several trees that needed to be cut down on some hilly terrain. Jose and his team were incredible in scheduling and getting the job done. We had been put on a time crunch due to a fence installation but Jose and his crew went out of their way to take care of our job before the fence installation. I cannot recommend them enough and will surely be using them for all my tree needs in the future!

We needed a few dead pines and some other trees cut down. Jose came and check out what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk with. We got a fair quote that same day, and within a week they were able to make it out.
