Carol is my regular girl to clean, but this month they double team me with Catherine. They did a fabulous job, working together., in no time they were done. Can't wait for next month to come. Carol is very reliable and honest. I trust her in my house when I'm on vacation.

Not bad people to deal with. You will be stuck into a contract for a year so be aware of that. For us they were hit and miss. Some months they would do an outstanding job. Other months not so much. They went months without cleaning one of our rooms. I had to call to get them to come back. They will charge you a first time cleaning fee as well. Pretty pricey.

I have never had a service clean my house for 49 years, but due to the fact we have been going through a very difficult situation and my age I did not have the energy to do it. I called Merry Maids and they came the next day. I came home and my house was so clean, so much better than I would ever do. Thank you Merry Maids!!!!!

Merry Maids My husband and I bought a foreclosed house so it was dirty and needed cleaned before we moved in. The entire house was bare. We called this company and asked if they did Deep cleaning and they specifically said that they did. We had a terrible experience. From the start a man gave us an estimate and misled us. We told him we needed our walls to be ready and cleaned to be painted and he told us not to worry that they would be cleaned “from top to bottom”. He never told us that that did not mean they do not touch the walls or ceiling unless you pay loads more. The whole reason we paid a cleaning company is to clean the entire house. Also we paid extra for the windows inside and out to be cleaned and he told us to make sure that we took the screens out. We did that. When the 3 girls came I asked them if they did the windows and they said, “we only do the insides...”.! I also asked them if they would be cleaning the walls and they said “no”. They also do not do carpets or any unfinished areas so I’m not even sure what I payed for to have cleaned. When I walked through the house to see what they did I couldn’t believe what I saw. The few rooms that were not carpet they did mop, but they did not even clean the corners! I have pictures to prove everything. There was still dog hair and crumbs in the corners. The closets still had cobwebs in them, the fireplace mantels and around them weren’t touched. The kitchen cabinet tops weren’t touched as well. There were sticky spots on the floors of the laundry room. It looked like a cleaning my mother and I could have done. I will literally now have to spend every day scrubbing each room because not even one room is cleaned to my expectation. When I called the owner to voice my complain I was basically told that the person who did the estimate has worked there for 7 years and she can count on 1 hand the amount of times he has upset a client so she can’t believe he would mislead us. So she did not validate us. Then she told me that the cleaners she sent are her best and they train others so once again she did not validate me. Then she told me that the windows must have been a mistake so here is what she can do for me. She gave me 2 options. She can either take 168$ off of my 1000$ bill or she can send someone else to finish the little things that they missed, but other than that, “my house was just way too dirty and she doesn’t know any other cleaning company in the world that would do any better in all her years of working for a cleaning company.” Oh yes and when I asked her why there were still cob webs on my ceiling she asked me if it was reachable with a 2 step ladder. I said I do not know and she said that is “their standard!” Well let me just tell you that is not on the contract and my ceilings from “top to bottom” are higher than that! Complete liars and rip offs! Never ever use this company and please share so that other people will be warned! There will be more pictures to come these are all Corey took and his phone sucks!

The workers were very cordial and friendly. They worked well together and very neat and thorough. I'm not sure the name of the cleaning products they used but it smelled very good after they were finished. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone who wants to have cleaning done.

I will keep this as short as possible. There have been less than a handful of times when I wasn't pleased by something and it was taken care of right away!! There are also some serious rock stars at Merry Maids. I know of two thus far. Lauren and Sherry. They put 110% in it and you can't help but want to hug them before they leave! That's how wonderful they are. 😁

Carol, my cleaner from Merry Maids for several years, does an excellent job of keeping our house spic n span, including the removal of cat hair from the sofa. And she's very careful not to let the cats out, which is extremely important because we live where there are foxes. The house always looks great and smells fresh when she's done.

Merry Maids has been great to work with our family. The deep clean was very thorough and any issues were reported. For regular cleaning, Kari has been very kind and friendly, and does a great job! We are thankful for their help!

After a careless contractor allowed construction dust to spread across the entire main floor of my house, I needed someone to come in and clean as soon as possible. I have someone in my home who is elderly, disabled, and relies on oxygen 24/7. Merry Maids had someone at my house at their earliest availability. They blocked 4-5 hours of cleaning time and finished ahead of schedule. Their team was very respectful and courteous at all times. I am very satisfied with their work. Thank you!
