Arrow Pool has been a great service to us for many years.

I hired Arrow Pool last year and they did work without informing and asked me to pay for.

Awful and in-competent!! Particularly Brandon. Doesn't know what he is talking about. Will say anything to make a sale or write a report for a buyers agent. Beware!!!

Great service, quick and honest. They have been providing services for my pool since 2013. I rely on them to keep my pool running .

Had worked scheduled then no communication from company, after a few emails got a response that they were too busy to do the job. The was 2 weeks after they were supposed to have completed the job

A little hard to find the office but Worth it. The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. It doesn't appear to be a full retail pool supply office, but more so a service location and planning for pool renovations

This place charge me 347 to clean my water in the POOL the technician came out turn the pump on seen a small leak left and didn't refund any money. This place look to take advantage of first time pool owner beware of them and stay away from they company

Customer service is not great. They don't listen to you or your needs and just tell you your pool equipment needs to be replaced. Seems like always looking for a reason to set up another service appointment and charge.

Terrible service. Installed a pool light for $375, after I had already purchased the light myself. The light didn't work and they refused to fix it. I called an electrician to come out and fix it for another $250. They did not finish the job and refused to reduce the invoice. Fool me once. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Pool heater was replaced without any issues.
It was done in a timely manner and professionally.

I would recommend this pool company to anyone. They are reliable & great communication. i will be a customer for a very long time.

We use arrow to for our weekly chem calls however they can’t seem to get it right because my pool is always turning green. Not only is not in swimmable condition multiple times this summer. They use the excuse the weather is tough, it rained too much, or I’m not sure what happened yet They continue to charge me for these visits and go backs and repeats to fix their errors and my kids can’t swim. They showed up last week unannounced - and is extremely frustrating especially when the kids are USING the pool and have to get out — when I inquire their response is “oh you needed more salt” however why did you not put it in my pool the day of my chem call visit or let me know you would be out that day...This company is a joke - if you want a disaster of a pool and a summer season and/ or have kids who want to be constantly let down give them a call! From - and one frustrated mom.

I am 40 years old and have never posted a single public review in my life. But I have to share this experience in an effort to help even a single customer avoiding this company. In short, they lied about services provided, they made gross errors during pool opening that could cause significant damage, and they had a technician come out and provide my wife and I lie after lie about an issue with consistent attitude. If you're a gambling person go with them. If you do not want your pool damaged or burn your cash, stay away.

Arrow has helped me twice this summer so far, once with a heater clean out, and second with a pump repair. Out of all companies they are the quickest to respond, and the techs are very good. Great service!

Our pool had a lot of problems when we bought this house. Rich fixed problems, but also selected and installed a nice set up for us to convert to salt water. Very nice and very easy to maintain. Definitely would do it again, Thanks Arrow, thanks Rich!!

I should've paid more attention to the previous ratings. They charged for things I didn't ask for and stood by their ridiculous practice! The technicians have poor communication with their customers. I would compare it to the fast food of pool service companies, quality is poor and impersonal. I will NOT be using them ever again. Their technicians also gave me an incorrect diagnosis that would have cost me hundreds, thankfully i got a second opinion.

Arrow pool is one of the absolute best service providers I have ever worked with. They are smart, responsive and fair. I would highly recommend them. We did a major pool renovation and everything came out great.
