Great service at a great price

Arrived on time, product is working and lawn loos great.

My yard never looked better!

This company is a joke. The tech that treated my lawn was drunk or high or both and did a poor job. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Excellent and reliable lawn maintenance. Been a customer for more than two years now.

I called Shamrock Lawn Maintenance in late spring because my former lawn care/fertilization company abandoned me (!!). Shamrock has shown a high level of service, attention, and professionalism by:
- Responding quickly to my request for a quote (5 of 8 calls to to other services yielded no reply at all).
- Visiting my yard to prepare the quote (the other services who replied did not)
- Providing a quote which included observations and analysis of our lawn, such as grass varieties, weed types, insect problems. The other responding services and my past service did not do this, although I know others do. This was professional and informative.
- Recommending needed services and not recommending ones not required (it was too late for a pre-emergent crabgrass treatment, and insect control was not needed as no problems were observed).
- Having a staffed office or an answering service to take my messages when I had questions and wanted to confirm proceeding with the service. My calls were returned within one or two days. The two day response was because I hadn't returned their call, and they tried me again! I like electronic communication, but I prefer speaking with humans about services.
- Making the first application when they said they would, earlier than I thought they'd get to it.
- Sending a friendly "lawn care guy" to do the work who let us know what he was doing and went about it quickly. He spoke up to tell me I should I keep our dog away from the lawn for a couple hours, as I was in the process of letting the dog out.
- Blowing off pellet fertilizer from the sidewalk and driveway where it had spread beyond the lawn. (Nothing says suburban lawn care like the sound of a leaf blower) (that's a joke)
- Leaving a description of the work completed in the front door, with short-term recommendations about cutting, watering, or pets.
- Leaving a bill for the services, plus a bill for the full season's applications which I had requested - I prefer to pay it all at once, although they allow payment per application.
- Having a secure, easy-to-use and informative web site which allows simple on-line payment, provides a history of your services and payments, and allows requests for additional services and other questions.
All of this is provided at a price which is comparable or the same as the other quotes I received and the previous service I used. They also offer a discount for pre-payment.
I know that not all of these services or little gestures are needed for good lawn maintenance, or will necessarily change the treatment that your lawn will receive. But it sure is nice to get them and to be treated this way. It makes me more confident in the future services I will receive.

Zach is very knowledgeable and provides complete lawn care service. He has affordable rates and he is alway available to answer any questions I may have regarding my lawn. We started with Shamrock with low expectations because our yard was filled with weeds, dandelions, crab grass etc. it was a mess. I know it takes up to 2 years to have a yard free of weeds but after only one treatment our yard is beautiful looking. I’m so pleased with the service and would highly recommended this company. I wish I had before and after pictures!!

Great people. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Jen is awesome. Could talk about dogs and Halloween decorating for hours with her. Price is on par with anywhere else. Even national chains. Go local! Support your local business and you’ll get customer service from a neighbor not a random “first year on the job” 20 year old each time. That was my experience with national chains in this field.

We live out of town but have family in the area. Our family is no longer able to take care of their large lawn. Shamrock Lawn Maintenance has been a life saver. They arrive whenever the lawn needs cut and do an amazing job. We could not have come to town every time the lawn needed cut and it was a great relief to know that things were being taken care of. Being able to pay online has also been a great help. 5 stars seems like a minimum for this company, wish I could give more!

We "inherited" Shamrock in 2002, when we moved into our current home. The lawn looked so good we figured we would just stick with Shamrock. So glad we did. Neighbors and passersby always tell us how great our lawn always looks. And without a bunch of chemicals!

My neighbor recommended Shamrock to me my first summer after I bought my house. I was envious of his lawn. I started having Shamrock service my lawn last summer and it looks incredible. My entire back yard was 80% weeds and the front was about 50%. Now, the front and back yard are thick with grass and minimal weeds. My neighbor sold his house over the winter and the now the yard is filled with dead spots and weeds. If nothing sold this service before, that shows me how amazing of a job they do. They do a wonderful job and they are very reasonably priced.

We built two years ago and the lawn was … well, kind of thin and splotchy. One season with Shamrock has it looking green and lush. Plus, they’re the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

Project: Backyard Pool, Patio, Deck, & More

Work Completed: Removal of existing deck, retaining wall installation, Covered deck (composite) installation, French drain installation, landscaping (trees, bushes, boulders, walking stones, mulch, river rock, new grass), and landscape lighting.

Pre-Design: Keith provided timely and thorough responses during our vetting in which he clearly communicated his processes and fee structures to manage and set our expectations going into the project.

Design: Keith met and provided us with 2D drawings and 3D video fly-throughs of the design. He was receptive to our feedback and made revisions to the design based on our needs and his expertise. After another review we were ready to move to the next phase of the project.

Implementation: Keith and all of his crew were punctual, professional, and communicative. All were respectful to the job site, my home, and my family. The attention to detail was second to none. Keith’s expertise and quick thinking allowed us to make the best decisions at pivot points in the project. The work completed was top notch.

Price: The price was more than fair for the many reasons listed in my review.

Project Mgmt: Beyond managing his own team, Keith helped oversee the installation of my inground pool and concrete patio by communicating his project vision/design to the contractors who completed that work.

Overall: My family is thrilled with the final results as well as the many things that led to that point. We’re excited to use KMorris on future projects and we recommend others seriously consider KMorris for their projects.

K Morris Landscape Design built us a beautiful roof structure over our patio. The project was seamless from design (tying into our existing patio and landscape) through build and they did not exceed their original budget. The crew was extremely friendly and professional, showing up every day until the project was completed. They were not the cheapest or the most costly estimate we had for the project, but we have learned from experience that you get what you pay for and we could not be happier with the finished product! We would definitely work with K Morris Landscape Design again in the future and highly recommend them if you want a beautifully designed and solid patio structure.
