We hired Keelan Brothers to cut down a very large tree that was very close to our house as well as our neighbors. From the beginning, they were very responsive and showed up the same day to provide us with a quote. Their price was very reasonable, they communicated throughout the process and completed the job in a very timely manner. We would hire again!

If I could rate Keelen Bros. Tree Service higher than a 5, I would. Their friendliness, professionalism, speed and skill were incredible. We had a large cherry which had fallen and was precariously leaning against other trees that other tree services were so nervous about they quoted themselves out of the job. Keelan's basically said, "No problem, we got this."

They also took down 4-6 other dead trees, cleaned up a hell-scape of vines and cleaned up after themselves like no one was even there. They even cut up our burnable logs and neatly stacked them. Mark, who quoted us, was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond, quote and schedule our job.

The most surprising part about the service was the price. Out of all the bids we received, not only were they the most cost-effective, they provided more services that others did not or would charge us extra for. Safe to say we found our tree service for life!

Keelen Brothers did an excellent job removing 2 large trees on our difficult to access property prior to us using it, then they were generous enough to donate 2+ truck loads of wood chips for our community garden. They have excellent customer service and are some of the nicest people I've met in this business. I would highly recommend them for being both a local reliable business that does superior quality work and also has outstanding customer service.

Arrived this morning to take down a dying and aged maple tree.
Great team, did a through job and in three hours the tree was down and the area around it was completely clean, all branches, leaves removed. Highly Recommend. Great to work with.

These guys were incredible. They removed a tree for us while we were at work, and when we got home, it looked like nothing had ever happened. The yard was spotless—no branches, no mess, nothing left behind. They showed up on time, were easy to work with, and the price was very fair. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be calling them again in the future.

PJ and his team were great to work with. I had called about a tree on my property that was about to fall, and they came out in a just a couple of days to take care of it at a very reasonable price. I appreciated the prompt service and good work. I definitely recommend this company.

We had to remove several trees from our backyard today, which were in danger of hitting other new trees that we planted a few years ago. We hired PJ & Sons and they did an AMAZING job. They worked hard all day, did a thorough job and cleaned up nicely. We appreciated how careful they were to protect our little trees below the ones they were removing and were reasonably priced. We STRONGLY and HIGHLY recommend PJ & Sons for Tree removal! They are exceptional! Before and after pictures attached (we asked for the logs to be left for us to use for firewood, and they stacked them so nicely).

pj and his crew showed up when he said he was going to, removed limbs on my oak tree that were overhanging my house. his clean up was excellent, my yard was cleaner after he left! will use him again!

These guys were fantastic. Came out within 24 hours of me calling. Bid the job in the spot, came the next day and took care of it. Used them for 8 stumps, some in tight areas next to concrete. Couldn't have been happier with the entire process.

Excellent work. Donnie arrived at my home when he said he would and gave me a price on the spot. He and his crew of 2 other giys ground out 3 huge oak stumps, took all of debris, leveled the spots, raked and blew everything to perfect condition. No harm was done to my property. They took their time and made efforts above and beyond to assure quality work. Professional and personable.

Fast and reliable! The guys at DK Stump Grinding, LLC. were quick to respond to my bid request, and the job was completed within 2-days of first contact. Fair pricing, excellent work, and good communication. Definitely will recommend and use in the future.

We’ve used SGM twice, and unfortunately our second experience was extremely disappointing.

The first time, they flipped a machine in our yard, leaving fuel, holes, and damage—but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just a bad day.

We hired them again to remove two large trees. From the start, communication was poor. We were even told to “remind them repeatedly” if we didn’t hear back, which felt unprofessional, but we moved forward since the actual tree removal had gone well the first time.

When they arrived, Jordan repeatedly told us he had underquoted and that the trees were much larger than he remembered. They removed one tree but had to return a second day for the other. They left trucks and equipment overnight, which we were fine with.

The next day, I heard yelling and looked outside to see the climber arguing with employees. He then came down from the tree and left the job entirely. Jordan told us the climber wanted more money and quit. We were told they would clean up what had been done and return with a new climber or a crane.

We paid for the first tree and left for the day. When we returned, the yard was a mess, but we assumed they would finish when they came back.

Two weeks passed with no communication. Then Jordan texted saying “his tail is between his legs” and that he would not be using a crane and does not have a climber to complete the job.

Meanwhile, they continue posting new jobs on social media but have not returned to finish ours.

We are now left with:
• Large holes throughout our yard from heavy logs being dropped instead of properly lowered
• Branches and large wood debris covering the property
• A creek filled with logs that has begun to overflow
• A yard that is unsafe for our young son

To try to make the job easier for them, we even removed part of our fence to reduce how far they had to walk equipment. Unfortunately, they did not use any ground protection boards, and the tire tracks through that area are now so deep they’ve turned into literal pools of water.

We are also now scrambling to find another company with availability to finish this job, as this work was supposed to be completed prior to our upcoming pool installation.

We have spent our own time trying to clean up a job we paid professionals to complete.

This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially since we previously referred this company to others.

We can no longer recommend SGM and would strongly caution others.

Jordan and his partner showed up on time, were super professional and did amazing work. One of our trees had a nest with two baby birds and they took their time and relocated the nest to another tree.

We had 5 trees taken down and it was a great decision.

We will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy tree removal in a difficult spot. They conducted themselves professionally all around. If it wasn’t for the missing trees I would never know they were there! Excellent company, great communication and fast service!

What started off great ended up with an unfinished job.

We received a notice from our borough to remove a fallen tree after a storm last year. They gave us a great qoute which included another problem tree we needed removed.

The first day went well they removed one of the trees and said they would be back the following week to complete the job. We attempted to call Jordan and text him multiple times but never got a response. We completely forgot about the whole ordeal until we received another notice from the borough stating that the job was incomplete and that brought back the memories of this unfinished job.

If you have a one day job I’d say you can trust them but if they tell you they’ll be back to finish a job don’t hold your breath.

Jordan was efficient, polite, and helpful with removing our tree!
