We have been using Cirigliano Plumbing for more than five years and we cannot give them a higher recommendation! In addition to our personal residence, Steve and his crew have taken great care of rental properties for us. He goes out of his way to get to your job in a timely manner and their work is always top-notch. Steve and his team are trustworthy and clean inside your home. We have used Cirigliano for minor repairs as well as larger projects and each one was done on time, on budget, and with great professional skill.

Terrible service. Had water pressure regulator installed for $450. After it was installed, our dishwasher stopped working. No water was coming through to clean the dishes. We called Cirgliano for help. They refused to listen to us or help us. They wouldn't even come to look at it. The woman, Kayla, who responded to my call was extremely dismissive and rude. Every question I had she shut down.
The only good thing about this company is that they schedule pretty quickly. Now I can see why...

Edit: to reply to the employee who responded... I think it is fairly obvious that the water from the basement supplies water to the dishwasher. Something is wrong with the water pressure after you installed the regulator, and you didn't even bother to help us find a solution or check it out... Another dismissive reply showing how they treat customers.

Alex was very personable and professional. He managed to fix our drain pipe leak and it’s held so far. I imagine after a week it going to be good for a long time. He showed up on time (actually early after calling to check if that would be ok) and cleaned up after as if he was never there, except of course no more leak. We won’t hesitate to call on Cirigliano again

Just had my home warranty claim denied because the technician who was sent said my pipe froze in a heated basement. They were more than happy to give me a separate estimate to go around my home warranty. I'd like to know how a pipe can freeze in a heated basement and why, when the coupling broke off back in 2020 on the other side, it was a very easy fix, that my home warranty paid? Complaints were filed with my home warranty. Hopefully they can be vetted out. One star is as low as I can go.

I need to clarify some misleading points in your response. The plumber initially measured water pressure near the heater itself, which showed normal operating conditions. The heater had functioned properly for 9 years under these conditions. However, instead of focusing on the heater issue, your plumber specifically went looking for another measurement point closer to the main water line where pressure readings are typically higher. This behavior clearly demonstrates intent to find reasons for denial rather than assess the actual heater problem.

Very disappointing service when this plumbing company came through my home warranty. The plumber was sent to fix a leak and check our broken water heater, but didn't resolve either issue. Despite acknowledging our water heater was old, the plumber spent most of the visit searching for technicalities to help deny warranty coverage rather than attempting any repairs. Had to request a different company for a second opinion to actually get our problems fixed. Not recommended if you need real plumbing help - they seem more interested in helping warranty companies deny claims than serving customers. Save your time and choose a different plumber.

I’ve used Cirilgliano twice over the past few weeks as I had an issue with my previous home and needed help with a gas dryer at my new one. The service was great and the very reasonable. I’ll definitely call again if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

Great experience with an honest company that solved a problem with a water temperature and pressure issue in the kitchen. Handled efficiently and professionally. The fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing needs I have in the future. This review was for work done at my Mother’s home today (Reta Ross), she does not have a Google account but feels everyone should know how wonderful this company truly is. I am glad I suggested she call Cirigliano Plumbing and is pleased with the results.

Cirigliano Plumbing did such a great job with hot water issues at our house. They went above and beyond for our family and solved a tricky problem. We recommend them highly.

Plumping Technician was very professional, kind and quick. Did a beautiful job, and was very neat and clean. Explained everything before and after the job was done in detail. I highly recommend this company.

I have had them out twice now for two different non-urgent issues. Both times they were scheduled quickly. Both of their employees that were out were in my opinion top notch and did not seem to mind me asking a ton of questions and hanging around to see the work being done. Definitely a different experience compared to other previous groups I've had out prior. Would recommend and will definitely continue to use as needed.

Great company. Made some home warranty repairs and installed a water heater that home warranty refused to cover. Did great work, timely, professional, and friendly. I'd give them 6/5 if I could.

10/22/24 - had these guys resolve another plumbing concern for me as I get ready to renovate some bathrooms. They knocked it out of the park again. 7/5 this time.

Cirigliano was terrific. They responded very quickly and we were able to schedule a service time within a week. Travis, the plumber, was so helpful and kind and was willing to find a good solution for us. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to neighbors.

We had water backing up from our laundry room. We’ve had Cirigliano out for a few other unrelated plumbing issues in the past and we didn’t hesitate to call them again. The entire crew is friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain our options and approached the job from a customer-first mentality. They’re our go-to plumbers and I recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company.

Just had another great experience with Cirigliano Plumbing. This time installing a new water heater. Friendly and courteous plumbers, who explained everything they were doing so there were no surprises. Highly recommended .

I was originally going to give five stars, the gentleman that came out to work on my issue was extremely professional, explained what was going on and what was causing the problem. He gave me a resolution to stop the issue from coming back and how much it would cost me and I could tell he was really doing everything he could to help me. I explained to him money was tight right now but I bartend and have some bigger days coming up so I will reach back out to them to schedule the repair in a few weeks.

The reason for the four stars instead of five was the call I received about 10 minutes after he left. Someone reached back out from their office to pretty much reiterate everything the gentleman had already explained to me. She honestly made me feel very uncomfortable and made it seem like I didn’t understand the severity of the situation, which I did. She brought up my money issue and told me that no one is going to be able to come back out and help me if I get the clog again since the cause for it is now on my file. She put a ton of pressure on me to get this scheduled and fixed asap which caused even more stress about having the money for it. She said to me that the gentleman helping me should have stopped after the first time he snaked the drain instead of continuing like he did. There was no need for that call. I understand some places like to do follow up calls, but the way that information was brought to my attention, when there was no need for it since the gentleman helping me already explained all this to me in a very nice and understanding way, made me feel very insecure of my financial stability. I was very happy with the service up until that call.

The crew was very professional and courteous to our situation with the sewer system. Very prompt on a daily basis and stayed true to the original estimate. I have confidence that anyone using Cirigliano Plumbing will have the same experience. I highly recommend their service.

I cannot say enough great things about Cirigliano Plumbing. Steve and his employees are fantastic. They showed up when expected, explained what they were doing, showed us what the problem was and went over how they were going to fix the problem before starting any work.

When it became evident that the mounting bolts for the replacement toilet were rusted away, they have me several options going forward of various costs and longevities.

They kindly took a look at the second toilet in the house and confirmed that appeared to have the same problem. They did not charge for the effort they put into fixing the second toilet.

I'm beginning a major retrofit of this house and will definitely consider Cirigliano for the work.

Travis came out in a timely manner to replace the faucet and shut off lever to the deck. I was very pleased with his professionalism and job outcome. Cirigliano Plumbing will be my first choice in the future if the need arises. I would recommend the company with confidence.

My fiance and I were having issues with our drain line going out. Cirigliano Plumbing showed up that day and corrected the issue. They were quick, attentive to detail, and effective. We hired them to do additional plumbing work on the house when it was remodeled. 10/10 would recommend them to everyone.

Travis was so great! I needed the hot water handle in my shower replaced and the sink fixed as well. Kept me updated on his arrival time, called me and asked me questions of exactly what I wanted done and gave me several different options (I was at work all day). He was honest with what I needed done and what I could hold off on. He had to go and get some parts and came right back and had everything fixed and cleaned up in no time!!
