On a Friday afternoon we noticed the kitchen sink drain was leaking. I called Avanti plumbing and in about an hour Ryan was here and started the repair. He replaced the strainer assembly along with the trap. Ryan was very courteous and neat. When he was done the only way you would know he was here was the shiny new strainer. I feel the price was fair and would recommend Avanti plumbing.
We had an urgent guest bathtub drain leak and called several local plumbers. Avanti was the first available so I booked them - simply based on the high reviews they were receiving on several websites. Adam arrived early, diagnosed the problem, and moved his schedule around to accommodate us as he knew we were having family stay with us for the week and needed use of the shower. Eric A was great. He was very professional. He explained everything that needed to be done. He was upfront with the cost. After a long day's work, Eric put in new main water line valve and new toilet in the master bathroom. The service was fantastic. I will be a repeat customer.
We had such a great experience with Avanti and do not regret calling them! About a year ago in 2023 our utility sink was having issues draining and was overflowing. Dylan came out and scoped our line and identified that there may be an issue with the piping but at the same time we decided to just have it cleaned out to see if that would fix the issue. It worked for about a year but fast forward this past few months the sink had been overflowing again. We called Avanti again who had our detailed notes on file for what type of work that was suggested if this were to happen again. We were given an estimate and scheduled to have Dylan come back out. A pump was installed and our washer water rerouted to our septic tank. All work was done within 3 hours and everything was explained to us in detail. The price was reasonable for the amount of work and of course nobody likes to put out money for these types of issues however Avanti made it a positive experience. Everyone from the front desk to the field employees were fantastic and responsive. Dylan was just absolutely amazing and very skilled, he left our house looking look no work was ever done because it was so clean. Very happy with the quality of work and communication.
