Kenneth and his team are quick and reliable. I can always count on them for a prompt roof sweep and gutter cleaning when the trees are shedding catkins and leaves. He always cleans up 100% and sends before and after pictures of the roof. Highly recommended.

I am pleased with the service Pristine Gutter Services provided. I definitely plan to used them again in the future. The worker was prompt, professional, and friendly. The worker not only cleaned my gutter. He also removed all of the leaves from my roof and provided me with pictures as evidence of the work completed.

I needed all gutters cleaned and some repair work done on a back gutter that was damaged by a tree fall a few years ago. I called Kenneth and he contacted me back right away. He agreed to come out the next day and provide a quote. He was extremely honest and advised me of exactly what was needed to repair the gutter. He and his brother worked the same day to clean my gutters, fix the back gutter where the tree hit so the water flows freely to the downspout, and added hangers where needed to pull my gutters back flush to the house. He also provided multiple before and after pictures of the repairs and gutter clean out. And his price was extremely fair for the work performed. Highly recommended, he will do the job right and for a very fair price.

Kenneth was prompt and professional. We had a difficult issue with lead paint chippings in our gutters and Kenneth was careful and through and did an excellent job. I will absolutely hire him again.

Kenneth was fantastic to work with. I had a gutter that was sagging in the middle, causing water to pour over the middle when it rained (and drowning my poor potted plant below). He came out to provide an estimate, and even took photos & and a video explaining what he saw. Shortly thereafter, he was able to come out and complete the work. I highly recommend this company. I posted my request online Wednesday morning, and Kenneth got back to me almost immediately. I needed a new downspout and since it was pouring yesterday, we scheduled the review/estimate for today. Kenneth came out, gave the written estimate online. I agreed to the contract, he got the materials, and returned later the same day to do the job. He cleaned up the debris which was around our old downspout and put up the new one, with a better drainage hose at the end than the one we had. Very pleasant to work with, very professional. We're happy customers.

I called Kenneth on Thursday and he was here the same day! I lucked up as he was near my home this day. Kenneth has amazing customer service and knowledge of gutters/downspouts.

My neighbors' clogged gutters and downspout was causing an issue with water in our basement and today (it's currently storming) I can say with much appreciation that the issue is resolved because of Kenneth.

He cleaned the gutters,cleared the downspout, and cleared the roof of debris for a very fair price. My other neighbor hired him on the spot!

Just before a heavy snow storm last year, I needed my gutters cleaned and repaired, to prevent my front steps from freezing up due to dripping water. I called Pristine, and Kenneth was out here the next day to complete the work, and did a fantastic job. And, earlier this week, I needed a loose piece of aluminum fascia removed immediately from my roof, to prevent it from flying off completely and harming someone. He showed up that evening, in the wind and rain, and retacked the loose piece to the roof.

Kenneth shows pride in his work! He cleaned our gutters last summer and he did an excellent job at an affordable price! He also straightened and secure our downspouts. Five tornado-like winds have passed and they're still straight and secure! I highly recommend him!
