Chris and Andy Brown did an excellent job with our wall to wall carpet and area rug cleaning! They also cleaned our sectional and it looks brand new. Would highly recommend them!

Another great experience with Carpet Concepts! Andy and Chris have been extremely responsive every time we’ve had a disaster with water in our basement, which unfortunately has been more than once since we’ve lived here. They do an excellent job, are friendly and professional — and while I’m not wishing for another water catastrophe in our basement, we will for sure contact them in the future for any of our carpeting needs.
