This was my first experience with D.E. Mathieu Plumbing. From my initial phone call to them to completion of the replacement of my ejector pump, Don and his son were prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. During the installation they were very meticulous with keeping everything clean by laying drop cloths; no mess at all! Their pricing was fair and the quality of work is exceptional! I will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs!

I was tailed hard on the road by their truck and whatever maniac was driving it. If there service is anything like the way they handle themselves on the road I wouldn't even consider using them.

I had Hogan Plumbing out to install new shutoffs under the sink and behind the toilet, install two faucets and two toilets. Was a good experience.

They went above and beyond when we had problems with the plumbing in our bath. Even took care of rerouting a part of our plumbing that made it possible for us to be able to flush the toilet while someone was in the shower. Life changing!!!🙂 Thanks Hogans!

Four years ago Hogan did the plumbing for a completely new bathroom shower remodel. They charge a premium price, but we felt it was worth it to have the job done well, and to our town's code. This past December we had water leaking down thru our kitchen ceiling from the shower. We called Hogan to diagnose the issue, and they determined it was a mistake made during their initial work (a bad seal, it had probably been slowly leaking for a very long time). So I was very disappointed that they still charged us to correct the problem and left us with two large holes in our drywall. I will not trust them with work again, since I now know that if there is a problem with their work within just a few years, they will not take responsibility.

I live in a 90yr old house to say my plumbing is old, out dated and not functional was an understatement. After trying to speak with several plumbers or no call backs after quoting. Hogan Plumbing was willing to work with my needs and understand my project at hand. Several valves and piping had to be replaced, removed or disconnected to make everything functional again.

Pros - on time, fair priced, clean and get the job done accurately

Con - Don't charge for estimates no matter if the project is large or small.

I am certain I will be using them again.

Hogan Plumbing ran new water lines, drain, and gas for our laundry room project. They were extremely helpful, resourceful, and quick to quote and schedule and helped us complete our project well within our timeframe. Jeremy was phenomenal to work with and really helped us start this project off on the right foot!

Jeremey replaced 3 water shut-offs, a kitchen faucet and repaired another leaking faucet for me. Everything is working great and it was done quickly and professionally. I was mildly surprised by how affordable his fee was. Honestly, I was pretty much expecting double what he charged me. I’d recommend Hogan Plumbing to anybody.

Had Daniel replace master bath shower fixtures. Excellent customer service and quality work. Don’t look anywhere else, this is the best plumbing company in DuPage county area. Price was also nice, nominal. Very happy with Hogan Plumbing thank you.

My garbage disposal sprung a leak. Jeremy responded to my text message within a few minutes even though it was after 5pm so I wasn’t left wondering if I should call someone else. I was able to send him a picture of what I had and he offered me a price for either full replace and install or I could buy one myself and he’d install my purchase. Extremely fair business practice. Highly recommend!!

Gas line was installed by Hogan Plumbing within 3 feet of operating window, as shown in picture. Had to hire and pay for another plumber to remove and reinstall as Chuck, project manager, refused to have Hogans plumbers perform work due to balance owed. This is a safety hazard and against residential and plumbing code.
