These guys went over and above! They arrived on time and were friendly, clean and professional. I had my dryer vent cleaned by other companies for many consecutive years, but by judging how much lint and debris came out, it wasn't done thoroughly or properly in the past :/
I will definitely use this company going forward - I feel much safer knowing it's done right!!

Steven arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He cleaned a ton of stuff out of our dryer hose and got our dryer working again quickly. He was also very respectful of our property, locking our back gates as he left and securing our basement. We will use him again!

Steve is great. He showed up on time, was very personable, and did a great job! He pulled a huge bird's nest out of our vent and cleaned 20-30 feet of vent in about an hour. I'll be using him again next year for sure!

I called this company after receiving a delivery of a new washer and dryer and it was not able to be installed due to current vent and room configuration. They showed up the same day I called and worked really hard to try and find a solution to the tricky configuration and talked to me about all of my options. They came back the next business day to install the new vent and it worked. The person who delivered my new washer and dryer told me it would be a miracle if someone could get the venting to work with the current set up. Well, Steve and Tim worked a miracle for me! They saved me from having to remodel my laundry room and I’m so grateful to them for their creative solution and persistence to make it work.

I can’t say thank you enough to Steve for the work that at my house. We had a tough situation with the dryer vent going through the attic, But after looking it over Steve figured out how to repair the problem. Would highly recommend him.

Very pleased with the service Steve provided. He called when he was on his way, took a look at my dryer set up and he was done in an hour. My dryer vent required him to work off a ladder but it was no problem for him.

Dryer ductwork repair/installation

I reached out to the Dryer Vent Guy because no dryer air was coming out of the outside vent. Steve and Tim assessed the situation and found the existing duct had been disconnected. The existing installation was problematic which ran under an outside deck which was in accessible to repair.

Steve and Tim installed new ductwork to a window well in another location. To do this work required them to access this area through a crawlspace with little headroom and mobility.
New work was attached with hangers and all joints were sealed with metal tape. In addition, I asked them to install a secondary dryer lint trap to catch any micro-dust that got passed the dryer lint filter.

Their work was neat and professionally installed. They worked well as a team to solve several installation challenges they encountered.

Steve and Tim take pride in their work. Steve calls ahead to confirm each appointment and guarantees their work for the future.

I highly recommend the Dryer Vent Guy. My dryer vent hose was old and deteriorated. The hose was behind a paneled wall and the outside end was in a brick wall. Steve was able to snake the new vent hose through the brick foundation and behind the panel with very little room to work. Great job.

Service provided: Dryer vent installation
Steve and Tim replaced an existing but failing and unsafe metal foil dryer vent system with durable and safer rigid aluminum dryer vent components. The connection from the back of the clothes dryer needed to go through the floor, run along basement rafters avoiding water pipes, and out a very tight exit path on the top of the basement wall to a new outside vent cover. Total length was 17 feet. The attached photo doesn't really show how tight a space it was to install the final 2-3 feet of the new dryer vent configuration. Steve was a joy to work with from first contact. He was willing to come from an hour away to do this job for us, having given us an estimate based only on pictures we sent him. The estimate was very close to the final cost and the results were better than we could have hoped for. Steve and Tim were very pleasant and funny, but very confident and professional. We highly recommend The Dryer Vent Guy to anyone needing a dryer vent system built by real pros using teh best materials.

Appreciated how Steve was very easy to reach to set up the appointment and punctual. The quote he gave me was also accurate (let me know before hand that the cost may be more for such and such circumstances, which was the case for us) and seems competitive for what is usually charged. My dryer wasn't working as efficiently as it should and I thought all I needed was a routine vent cleaning. It turned out we needed a wire covering removed from a vent in our roof. Steve was up in our attic and on the roof on what was one of the hottest days of the year to try to get to the root of the problem. It's been a month + now and the dryer works better than ever. The vent cleaning that I had before didn't address this wire covering issue, so I credit Steve for really investigating the problem. Appreciate his work ethic and professionalism. Highly recommend!

We have an old home that did not have a dryer vented outdoors at all. This was a very complicated project as several unexpected challenges came up. It's difficult to find a company to clean a dryer vent in a condominium setting. Steve was thorough and completed it in an hour. He called in advance of the appointment and was very professional. It's expensive but don't have much choice out there when I got estimates.

Steve and his coworker Tim not only troubleshooted my dryer vent path in my ceiling and cleaned it through, but they also helped educate me on the venting systems across other appliances/major venting elements throughout my second floor condo. Tom recently helped us when our AC went out. He was extremely knowledgeable, reasonable and gave great advice on how to maintain our system.

Tom was very nice to accommodate my sudden request for a custom fabricated ductwork. He was fast with good workmanship. I knew his father 10 years ago who also was very accommodating. Will definitely see him again for future service.
