Above and beyond what any customer could ask for! Woods is old school! Honest, reasonably priced, competent, efficient, clean and super fast! Extremely knowledgeable in all sewer line issues and they truly care about the customer. You don’t find this type of business around any more. A true diamond in the rough! I highly recommend!

These folks are hands down the most professional, thorough, and enjoyable people to work with. We had a plumbing emergency in our multi family property and they were quick and diligent in their service. At no point were they ever anything but honest and straight forward about what needed to be done. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and provided incredible customer service. I could not recommend them enough. Devan and Cam were absolutely phenomenal in how they approached the project and kept a positive attitude throughout. No one better in this area.

Wood's Router is terrific. On time, kind, very conscientious work all the way through to clean up. I highly recommend.

Excellent services. Very respectful of myself and the property. Showed me the condition of the pipes using their camera while they cleared the clogs. Been in the house 17 years and this is the best the drain has ever worked. Told me they would contact me in a year to run the camera through and see how fast the roots are growing.

Since buying our house in 2023 we have had nothing but sewer issues. So we have had our fair share of service calls from a multitude of companies. However, over the last couple months we have been using Woods Rooter Service and they are phenomenal. They are company that I feel genuinely cares about their customers and helping people. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional. They have helped get our sewer line clear a couple times now and have been able to diagnose what exactly is going on and I can say with confidence they are the real deal. Other companies have charged us 100-200% more than these guys have. And for first time home owners who are struggling to get buy they are a massive resource. I would recommend them for anyone who needs a plumber because they are quick to respond (even on weekends) and know what they are talking about.

We will need to have a pretty large job done to fix our sewer issues and we fully plan to use them for all our future needs for plumbing.

Woods Rooter service is one of the best companies I have ever used. Andy and Dev are extremely knowledgeable, professional and willing to go the extra mile to provide exemplary service. They called before they showed up and even arrived before their estimated time. Although they did not find any major issues, they did eliminate all possibilities and address our concerns. I would not hesitate to use this family owned business again in the future!!

Cam came over the same day I called. He went over what was going to happen, cost up front, amd got right to work. He was quick, efficient, and took the time to explain how to avoid this happening again once he was done. Top notch stuff.

I had a major sewer line replacement job (inside and out) that was turned down by several sewer service companies initially. It involved a front yard excavation that including digging underneath a huge concrete slab of a porch. These guys were fearless and accepted the job; they had no problem digging underneath my porch. Steve and Devin worked hard and diligently to excavate my exterior lines and replace them......Moreover, they also replaced my sewer lines internally which involved retrenching my basement floor, and then putting in new sewer lines. Steve is always accessible , and he will keep you in the loop as the job progresses from beginning to end. Thanks WRS

I can’t say enough great things about Devan and his team. They came out right away when I had a major backup in my home and treated the situation with real urgency and professionalism. They ran a full camera inspection and showed me exactly what was happening in my line — and that ended up saving me thousands of dollars.

Because of the camera work they did, we discovered the blockage was actually caused by the city damaging the end of my pipe when they were working on my sidewalk. Without that camera footage, I would’ve been stuck paying for repairs that weren’t my responsibility.
