I used SOS last year and was pleased with their service. I did not renew for 2019 because I wanted to try doing it myself. Their guy showed up on the first day of Spring this year and I told him I did not renew and did not need their services this year. Their guy then swore at me, calling me an "f...ing liar" and drove off, cursing at me. Not a very good marketing technique. I would not want their guy coming to my house ever again.

They are very informative, provide all relevant information, and provide prompt and timely service. I have been using them for two years and my lawn has shown a huge improvement in quality and health.

This is our first season with SOS. We are very very pleased with the way our lawn is looking after one season. We switched over from another company and what a difference. Highly recommend SOS. Customer service is the best!

Been a customer of this company for over 7 years and today was absolutely horrible. We Had the owner come out and “do” my lawn. Have him on camera only getting out of his service van and putting a bill on my front door while I wasn’t home and getting back into his truck and leaving. We then got a phone call after calling the office once we found out about what happen. The owner called me with his personal phone and screamed at me and my family saying that we are wrong and he did the job. Mind you I have cameras all around our house and none of them went off besides just the front door and garage camera. I do not recommend these people.

Our lawn has never looked so good! It is also important to us that the products used are the safest available for the environment. The managers are very knowledgeable and are a pleasure to contact.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We are on a maintenance program with SOS and we are so pleased with the outcome! It is a very professional company and they are very knowledgeable. They share educational guidance to customers throughout the season for best lawn care practices. They are very timely with their scheduled services. We graded and hydroseeded our lawn with a different company and the seed mix was a poor quality that did not do well. We then worked with Sutherlands and a beautiful lawn has been restored. The seed mix they used to overseed did very well, and with their maintenance program a vibrant healthy lawn has been established. We feel their services are a great value and we are very happy customers!

I have been a customer for many years. No complaints. But today they came to spray my property for bugs. I have cameras all over my home. They showed up at 11:33 am., and left at 11:33 am. My cameras showed me that he drove down my driveway, got out with the bill in hand, walked up to my front door put bill on door, walked back to truck and left. He never gave us the service of spraying for bugs. I called the company, spoke to the wonderful lady in office (such a nice lady!) , told her what happened and she called the person who came out. Mind you, the spray has an odor of citronella that lasts for 24hours or so. NO SMELL OF IT ON MY PROPERTY!!! Well, come to Find no out, it was the owner of the company who came and didn’t spray! He called me and yelled at me saying I’m a liar and he will never step foot on my property again. Then hung up. I couldn’t even get one word in with him. I will never refer his company to anyone! Unprofessional and rude! Never again! If you are thinking of hiring this company, think again!

My property has been getting treated with a natural insect spray from Sutherlands Organic Solutions for several years now. Living near a marsh we used to get ticks and mosquitoes pretty badly every season. Their products are safe, natural and effective and we've never had to worry about our kids playing outside after a spraying. I've never had a bad experience speaking with their friendly and helpful office staff and when someone comes out to treat my lawn they are always always thorough and professional.

Nice people, they do what they say they are going to do and when they say they will do it. Very happy with their fertilizer service and improvement in my lawn over the last 7 months...BTW, no relation!

I used them just recently to reseed my lawn after some tree demolition and the results are amazing! I've continued to use them ever since (and for the past 6+ years) and the pictures speak for themselves.

My lawn was all brown and sparce before I hired SOS. After a full season of love and care by Danny Sutherland and his company my lawn looked better then ever! I wasnt embarrassed to have summer parties anymore! Very reasonably priced and very knowledgeable staff. 5 stars!
