Truck drivers that drive a 53 foot truck, you have to literally turn around in their parking lot. It is ridiculous trying to get into this place as well

Only place that had the exact size stem I was looking for my shower. Service was pretty good.

As a homeowner went there to process a Navien Boiler warranty claim. Paid for a new boiler ($2,000) until old one came back Ok, then paid $100 boiler warranty processing fee. I was told more than once that they weren't going to process the claim and told to go somewhere else. They are a Navien boiler distributor, I shouldn't have to go somewhere else. I was spoken to like a moron because I wasn't a contractor. Never going back

Straight rude don’t even bother! Asked the guy in the left back desk that I was looking for a hose and before I could even finish my sentence he very rudely said no we don’t sell hoses and proceeded with his phone call like I wasn’t even there. Even though the wall to my left had all different size hoses..the exact hose that I needed probably cause I had brought the one I needed in my hand I just wasn’t sure what size cause each end was a different size Hence, why I was there, but the man was very rude and did not wanna help me in anyway. So I didn’t even go over to the wall and try to figure it out myself. I ended up going to Home Depot in Attleboro and had 1000% better help and instruction from a guy named Robert in plumbing department, go there. Say hi to Robert do not go here.

Great service! I’m always using this Supply house for plumbing as they take and deliver orders quickly. One day I was in a pinch around 4:00; close to the time that they close and they still accommodated me and got the order out which in turn got a customer up and running that same day.

Had my sewer line backed up on a sun. Was able to come out and clear the sewer line in a couple of hours of calling them. Great service would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Best service hands down! Plumber said you need a drain guy so I googled and called local. The guy answered the phone, quoted the price.... came within the hour as promised. Price matched what he said and finally can do the dishes!!! Yay!🙋🏻

I've used United several times and have been exceptionally pleased with the work they do. Most recently I had an issue come up over the 4th of July holiday and they took time out of their holiday schedule to come over and fix the issue. They are my first call whenever anything goes wrong in the house.
