I was having a problem with my garbage disposal, it was making a loud grinding noise. I called Jake and he came over, took it all apart and fixed the problem. A little screw had gotten down the drain that caused all that noise. Thanks alot Jake I refered you to all of my neighbors and friends.

I want to add to my post, Jake installed new shut off valves for me 2 weeks ago, I had to have them replaced because I bought a new washer machine and the shut off valves had to be updated. Thank you Jake! I will always use Jake for any and all Plumbing work I need done. Jake and I have already discussed what else I need replaced and he will be doing the 2 jobs soon. Was in a jam with water leak. Contacted serval local plumbers and Jake was the only one available to come the next morning. Said he would arrive first thing in the morning, but arrived mid-morning. I had sent Jake a video prior showing a valve leak, which I thought would be a fairly simple repair. He arrived with a second person and the valve was replaced in 35 minutes. I appreciated the fact Jake was able to come when he did, but when I received the bill, it was more than I expected. Explanation I was given was that he had to travel from Providence and he had a second person with him. I would suggest getting more billing details upfront prior to service, which is something I failed to do.
