Terrific showroom, no pressure, advice without the sales push. We are going to buy here but it was great working with our sales person, Ray.

First time using Webb. Would absolutely go back. Great service, the nicest people, and the stock/supply choices from A-Z for any type of plumbing or heating are A+++.....they have it or can get it. Or even tell you where to go for possible obsolete items. Showroom is neat, clean, and perfectly organized. I’m looking forward to having lunch there that is offered in Friday’s and often during the summer on the grill they have there. Talk about taking care of business. They’ve got it going on!!!!!

These people are wonderful! Dave at FW Webb saved us today after a plumber stole a data plate off our water heater that blew prematurely. He went to considerable lengths to figure out a solution for having our warranty still cover the replacement, and I know it was inconvenient to him. I am so impressed by his professionalism and customer service ethic. He really helped us out of a tight spot as we had no way to make the other plumber return it and do the right thing,.

They had EVERYTHING I needed. I was running all over Rhode island looking for different brass parts to repair my heat system and they had it all. Their prices are a bit high but it's worth it when they have every part you need and service is as friendly and helpful as it is here.

This place is absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I were having an issue with our furnace and they immediately ordered a part and had it shipped to our house within 3 days! Outstanding customer service. The part was bent when it arrived but we are grateful on how fast the part was received
