Got a delivery of fire wood today. Spoke to Bob last week. He told me he wouldn't be able to deliver for a couple weeks due to the fact he had many orders to fill he said if he had a cancellation he would fit me in. And he did! Got a nice load of clean dry wood. Thanks Bob. I would recommend Verrier to everyone. Great customer service, Kept his promise and delivered

Called the owner about coming out to get an estimate and he was out right away. After talking extensively about the job and getting an estimate I told him I wanted to move forward and he told me he would check his schedule and get back to me. After not hearing from him for a week I called back and he told me to call again in a few days. This was the start to over a month of phone games. Eventually I got a hold of him one night and he told me he would come first thing in the morning. I took the day off and waited all morning...nothing... so I called and got no response. The day continued slipping by and I called a couple more times, both of which immediately went to voice mail. It's been over a year and I never heard back, totally unprofessional and waste of time.

A few months ago I had some tree work done and they needed to leave because of a full truck, they never finished the job , I paid him in full . My mistake. I figured they would be back the next day, well they never did. It's been a few months now and several phone calls. They say they are professional. I think not. BBB has heard about this company. I wouldn't recommend this company anytime to anyone.

I was desperate for DRY firewood, and Bob was incredibly helpful! It is wonderfully refreshing to deal with an HONEST businessman! He explained what he had available, and insisted I try a sample before purchasing. I'm definitely a happy customer, and would gladly recommend Verrier's any time.

Spoke to the owner bob on the phone and he was very quick to schedule our 1st delivery. Upon arrival he was very happy to place the wood where we wanted it. It was a very generous cord of kiln dryed wood. The quality and service was top notch. I would recomend verrier tree service for all your wood delivery needs. Thanks again bob. I reached out to Verrier to have a tree removed that partially fell during this last storm. Bob was prompt, very well priced as I had a few quotes provided, professional. We were able to get a family friend to do it, so we gave the business to him. However, Bob was understanding still holding a professional demeanor. I would recommend him to quote services you may need at your home for tree removal. I need stumps removed and WILL be going through him!

I can not say enough about the service the company, their work ethics, the owner and his crew . He will give you a hand shake and a contract each one just as binding as the other. Bob has made promises and has kept everyone of them. Let’s face it it is hard to find anyone who keeps his word today. Especially in RI. He did a salvage cut on my 20 acres his crew cleaned up after themselves they almost made it look easy. You will not go wrong dealing with Verrier tree service. 100% satisfied.

Great communication, and even better product. Have had one cord of kiln dried firewood delivered each winter for the past few years, and the stuff goes up like a torch; very helpful getting the stove going on those cold winter nights, especially when the other wood I'm using is newly seasoned or even damp. Got a cord a couple years back through a fundraiser/silent auction for a friend in need, which Bob had generously donated to the cause. Great guy and great business. And because it's kiln dried, no bugs to worry about!

Just had an amazing, professional and quality job done by Bob Verrier and his crew. Bob came out for a free estimate within 24 hours of my first phone call, we walked through the job and we were very impressed with his knowledge and recommendations. We agreed on a plan for the job and he followed through on every aspect of the agreed upon tree removal service. Thanks Bob!! I highly recommend this company.

Bob Verrier is an excellent purveyor of firewood. His kiln dried wood is excellent. starts easily and burns readily and hot. Bob took the time to explain the difference between his kiln dried and "seasoned" wood sold by most other sellers. He provided us with a sample of both types of wood which we then took home and burned and were astonished at the difference. We immediately ordered a cord of the kiln dried wood from Bob and are elated with the results. He is an honest and trustworthy businessman and I highly recommend his product to anyone who is looking to burn wood this or any other winter. I say this after having burned "seasoned" wood for 30 years now but not anymore.

Excellent service, excellent kiln dried wood, from a nice guy. Sent Bob a message on a Sunday evening for kiln dried firewood, and Bob responded promptly that same evening. Bob delivered my firewood when and where I wanted it. Bobs kiln dried firewood is the Best. You get what you pay for: clean, insect free, no waste, burns better/longer, more heat. Poor customer service! I have used his kiln dried firewood for a few years now and was happy with the product. Last year it took 2-3 weeks for him to even respond to my order and then he couldn't deliver it in the time span I needed it in. Then one day out of the blue he called to say he could deliver my wood! This year I left a voicemail and sent and email. After waitiing a month for a response and getting none, I decided to go elsewhere! This company doesn't even return phone calls to repeat customers. Don't waste your time.

Paid $350 for a half a cord of kiln dried hardwood. I was told it was all oak and hickory. Perfect for smoking meat, is what I was told. The wood is clean but definitely not dried. The wood hissed and popped letting off more black smoke than I have ever seen. $400 worth of meat ruined because I was given “green” wood. Will never use this place again. Now I have to sit on this crap for a year before it’s useable.
