I could not be happier with the service I received. I had tree roots in my pipes and it was devastating. Bill came out, walked me through the process and gave me an unbeatable quote. Michael and Rhett were out first thing Monday morning and had us running again within a few hours. Everybody I dealt with was incredibly professional, the quote was honored, Michael and Rhett really went above and beyond to minimize damage to the yard, and it looks great. I can't recommend this team enough.

We discovered a leak in the base of our toilet after returning from vacation. We called Queen City around 7:00 PM, and they said they would be out the next day between 8-11. Michael from Queen City was at our door at 8:45 AM the next morning. He was polite, professional, and efficient. He was very open about pricing, and gave a great explanation of what caused the problem and how he would fix it. The process was very quick and I have never been so impressed by a repair request and service. Queen City Plumbing is the REAL DEAL!! They truly put the experience of the client above all else. Was charged $495 by them. The same charge as snaking a line and the tech didn't even have to use the snake. The tech also couldn't even lift the tank lid by himself. I had to help him. Then boasted about making 200k a year as a tech there. Don't get ripped off by them

Our Technician Daniel did a great job. He was super friendly and explained everything to us extremely well. Some companies come out and will try to push you to buy or come across very abrupt. Daniel told us what we needed and we felt like he genuinely cared about getting us taken care of.

Daniel is a life saver coming out and getting us taken care of. Our pipe needed to be replaced unfortunately, but Daniel was very thorough and straightforward and came out super late so we could at least flush our toilet. He got us all set up to get everything replaced ASAP and even worked with getting us a restoration company for possible damage our issue caused. I'd give him and option one 10 stars if I could

Karson was great. He came back out again within 24 hours to assist with the we had with the upstairs toilet. Very kind, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all our questions. Will recommend to anyone.

They did very high quality work. I felt they are a little pricey. Thought they offered military discount but if they do, they didn't bring it to my attention what the discount was.

I was very impressed with Daniel, who showed up on time and was an absolute pleasure speaking with. He fixed the piping issue with my shower within a reasonable time frame at a decent price. Corey and his team at Option One Plumbing were absolutely amazing. They were able to get out to us the same day we called for a pretty severe pipeline leak. He was able to quickly identify the issue, explain what steps he could and would take to correct it and was very straight forward. Not only that, but, when the job ended up becoming even more complicated he and is team quickly pivoted and took care if it all without any issues going above and beyond in all ways to make sure nothing like it would happen again. We truly have never felt more taken care of during what is usually a very stressful and lengthy experience. We want to thank them so much!!!

I want to give a BIG THANKYOU to Option One Plumbing and Ted who came to my home and repaired mine and my neighbors underground well electrical and waterlines! He sent his picture and info on his arrival time and was here as promised. The lines had been damaged by a stump removal. Ted stayed until very late at night to ensure both lines were working. And did I mention he completed all this work in the dark with intermittent rain! Thanks Again!
