And might i add he was very polite to our family that was down and introduced himself as Justin McDade and when he finished the job ask if he could help with anything else just want to thank him for his politeness to our family and job well done Roto-Rooter .

Was quick and super nice!

I had a water leak in the evening on a Saturday. A service person responded immediately and was at my home within an hour. The problem was fixed with little cost. Highly recommend this company. It’s rare to find such great service!

Service was great!! They did not know what to charge me to adjust my water pressure valve. It took about 20 min to adjust 2 bolts and they charged $100.

They did not have the order right. They did not have the part they needed on their truck. It took them 2 hours to go find the part in the next big town 45 mins away. They lost my check and I had to write them another one. After all this, they did fix it after 4 hours.

Roto rooter replaced our hot water heater very quickly. There crew was professional and respectful of my home. Only 2 days after my water heater busted, Roto rooter made sure that my family and I had hot water again. They also took their time to educate my husband and I about county plumbing codes, and made sure our 60 year old home was up to par. I will definitely call them for any of my future plumbing needs.

I have a little water pipe leak and just need to cut the pipe and replace it. Call this company to fix my pipe leak, have been told the charge around$ 80 per hour. When the guy showed up, didn’t give me estimates price and fixed the leak in 30 minutes, but changing clothes and writing paper work took almost half an hour...And finally told me it is $370. I was shocked, this little pipe only cost about few dollars in Lowe’s and he charged me 370... I paid, but never ever call them again.

Our water heater went out and after many infuriating conversations with other companies we contacted Roto-Rooter. From the start everything was a wonderful experience, they were able to come out give an estimate and were able to fix it the next day. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter. They answer all questions, are efficient, and are the best.

Our tech really worked hard to try and thoroughly solve our issue. We appreciate a company who shows up when they say they will and does the job. That's a rare find lately!

Mr. Shane & Mr. Gene are true professional. They both explain to me what the problem was. Then they gave me an almost exact repair cost. So after they fix my problem, they clean up and ask if I had any questions. Again these guys are true professional.
