I had my first experience with Elite Heating and Air this week following a power surge in my house over the weekend. Lights were flickering and I could smell something burning near our ceiling fan in the bonus room. Needless to say I was anxious to get someone out there. Elite first sent Robert Minton, who heads up their Electrical Department. Robert was prompt, professional and very efficient in diagnosing the problem. We had power in that evening. Unfortunately, the power surge damaged the furnace and A/C. The next morning Elite sent out David Brooks who - again - promptly and efficiently diagnosed the problem, a damaged electrical transformer in the furnace. The service was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Elite Air & Heat LLC to anyone experiencing electrical or HVAC problems. You won’t be disappointed!

On 9/26 Elite Air Tech, Daryl Gregory (Elgin, SC), came out to service my HVAC unit (652 Frow Dr. Elgin, Sc). The unit was not giving no air to my 2nd level home. The unit for the 1st level worked fine. Mr. Gregory checked the attic and discovered there was not an issue there. He proceeded outside. He checked both units and figured which unit was for the 2nd level. He began trouble shooting and returned several times from his company vehicle with what he needed to fix what appeared to be wrong. I was very happy to see his continued efforts. Although, it took sometime, he managed to get the unit up & running. Mr. Gregory thanks so much for your diligence and continued efforts.
