I have used John multiple times now for tree removal and he and his employees are always great to work with. He responds in a timely manner. His prices are very reasonable. They get the work done quickly and clean up after themselves. I highly recommend.

Great group of knowledgeable and efficient individuals. We were worried about harming our Thuja Green Giants by over trimming. JM Arbor not only trimmed back our trees but added hormones as added protection and to slow the growth requiring less pruning over the years. The trees look great.

We had several large overhanging limbs that threatened our roof. The Arbor Care crew came in and efficiently removed them without damaging any of our other plantings. The employees are friendly and get the job done without any fuss. We will definitely use them in the future.

I used JM Arbor Care to trim a number of trees that were touching our house. They did a great job and I would use them again. I was able to get an estimate a few days after initiating my request and the job was complete just a few weeks later.

The owner John reached out to me with some concerns I had and directly addressed them.  He is a stand up guy and very honest and transparent.  Chance who came out to get an idea of the job and give me the quote was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered any and all questions or concerns I had without hesitation.  The crew was friendly and did a excellent job and clean up after work was complete!

We had JM Arbor Care trim 2 large oak trees on our front lawn. They did an excellent job! They arrived on time, got to work right away, and when finished, cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied. We love the way the trees look and you can now see our house!

They came out to asses the health of some trees on our property. Chance was the technician to come out, and wow was he knowledgeable. He was patience and answered all of my many questions and their pricing feels very fair.

Professional & experienced! Our tree was a 75' willow oak located about 15' from the house in the backyard. During the removal, not a branch hit our house including the catio and back porch. They have topnotch equipment and removed the entire tree and ground out the stump. It was quite a performance and I'll use them again... I have a shitton of trees left as you can see from our drone photos.

Beyond thrilled! We have a yard. Not just an open space of yard but one we enjoy having created. The landscape setting changed over the years from shade tree growth that brought welcomed shade but the problems & concern of boughs come too. Their educated knowledge of tree health, maintaining proper growth, air flow also for safety to our home, relieving dampness brings importance, allowing things to bloom again for color, I desperately wanted sunshine. A tree-climber was a must for inner branches. What could be reached with equipment was not met with false promises of high hopes from the layout underneath. Even with large equipment there was not one dimple or dent. Nothing broken or damaged, nothing to show from the massive amount of trimming other than smiles. What we do have are 2 natural looking Maple trees & 2 properly pollarded Mulberrys. We have shade but now we have sunrays. Big YAY! Our roof is safe from overhang weight, continued growth guided, things underneath bloom again, & we love what we see in results! Setting them apart are many things. Business, they answer the phone or quickly return the call. Come when they say & do what they say. While others asked what we wanted giving little input to accomplishment past that they took our needs & met them with expertise to achieve longevity & wanted results. Conversation was quickly with knowing they are more than others that hold certificates or apprenticeships of doing. If you simply have a yard space these things may not matter. If you have a yard & one that makes your house a home you understand the bar inwhich I speak. They set it high by comparison. I scoured reviews & videos of their work. I could find nothing to give question to the quest in finding them as the company to contact. Being it was the onset of Fall the amount of trimming was with educated doing to not harm the health. Something others either did not speak of or work into their plan of timing. A hired job vs when expertise is wanted & needed. Downside is my own. Had I waited for Winter more could have been removed. Now I wait for the cycle of healing but with excitement & eagerness every time I look up at what I can't wait to trim next! My husband was away when I did this coming home approving with his smile. I am the wife that will do surprises such as these. I met with them, ended my search, & signed the quote. Comparatively you get what you pay for & well spent being thrilled. It's not everyday you get exactly what was needed & wanted & perfect! I had no want for other quotes. It was more than the we cut trees businesses but less to actually acheiving. In other words, it was not higher, it was in-line & fully capable without false hopes. Now for next Winter to get here to do more but in the meantime the smiles are huge! Call them. If your yard & home matter for achievement of goals, being educated matters, & reliability matters. They don't just cut or knock down trees, they know trees & they define reputable.
