I called requesting a quote for some concrete and was told I'd be getting a call back within 24 hours and nothing. We ended up going elsewhere.

I bought a house based on a quote they gave to the seller during closing ..I ended up being ok with taking on the project after closing based on their quote ..don't have a problem with price ..been trying to get on the books and get told every day that I'll be called back when "he gets back to the offixe" ...at this point im definitely not going to beg someone to give a 15k check to... ibguess they only have time for the multi million dollar guys..which is fine ..just say that from the get go so I can find someone who thinks my business is worth their time ..which is what I will be doing ...don't waste your time here

Had them install two egress windows and an exhaust fan for the bathroom. These are small jobs for a contractor during peak season. They made time for me and made me feel like the job was important to them. Exceptionally honest and professional throughout the work.

Beware of their pricing system; it is a mystery. No itemization, no change control documents, no explanation of charges… just pay it! Team on-site were respectful and friendly. However, no project management and some work was less than professional (crooked sink, leaky sink, scratched surfaces, lots of repeat work, etc). So all in all, job got done, wasn’t exceptional and cost came in 30% higher than quoted WITH NO CHANGE CONTROL AND REFUSAL TO EXPLAIN THE OVERAGE. Wrote the CEO… no response.

The work was done well. I had an issue with the charges. I brought this discrepancy to the attention of their management and they ignored me. Watch their work. I was charged for 4 hours of labor which could easily been done in 2. When I questioned the labor charge I was told that included materials, which there was already a charge for materials in a seperate charge. So they double charged me for materials and over charged me for labor and did not even bother to explain it. I would not hire them and if you do track their exact work hours.
