didn't actually get any work done, had an appointment set for a week, received a call the day before and they cancelled due to another job they had to do. I did not reschedule with them. very unprofessional.

Something was wrong with install of Sump PumpLine installed in 2011 when we bought house. DeJager owner came to check, no charge and gave us the knowledge it was not code and would break, this line was running through the house. Had the city inspector come and got permit to reroute line.

After 3 years of a new build my air conditioner went out, and then water heater issues. They use cheap products; They over charge and have faulty products look into other companies.

Beware!!! Bought a new house 8 yrs ago had issues with my furnace today & found out nothing is under warranty because they didnt register my furnace after they put it in. So only had 5 yr warranty instead of the 10 if they would’ve registered it.

No more guessing on the temp inside the house. Had a new thermostat put in. Very easy to work with. Responded quickly and very punctual with the work. I would have them work on other things in my house.

I used this company while I was in a bind, this winter my furnace went out in the middle of the night. When I called Dejager, I was promptly answered by a service tech who showed up in a timely manner and found a solution to the problem within a reasonable amount of time. When sent the invoice payment options were simple, and easy to complete. This company has a high level of professionalism that shows in their attitudes and the work they do work.
