Good guys reliable if you pay they will get to you

Emergency situations don't seem to be prioritized. And they have no competition around so they make you wait.

Since there is new ownership, I feel as though I am in a captive market. They used to be very helpful and came right away but now they want a $200 deposit to unplug a a kitchen drain. Last time I called them to change out my tower in the toilet they charged me for replacing the pipes underneath, when they did that two years ago and charged me $200 dollars. I do not like their business ethics. I now have to seek outside help from other towns and they charge less than Eagle Butte Plumbing and heating or find a local plumber. Apparently I am not a local priority.
