An employee chopped down my marked cucumbers after being told not to. Couple employees are rude while a few others are rather pleasant. The few that cut my lawn did a great job. Unfortunately, yesterday because of my experience with this company I am being harassed by an employee named Adam. Meteric asked about about our lawn being mowed. Adam's dissatisfaction about this review has resorted to nasty text messages on Meteric phone. Although Meteric says he's mentally challenged I've chosen to leave the authorities out of this situation. Adam I for one do not like to talk about money, although I did thank you for paying me $50.00 for the lose of my plants.

Madison Lawn Care provides the best lawn care in town. From houses on the lake and other residential areas as well as commercial properties, the attention to detail this team provides is impeccable. Excellent customer service as well!

Madison Lawn Care seemed very helpful at first as a new home owner. But their work has been sloppy. We have had to have them come back multiple times to fix things that were not done right the first time. It is also hard to get them to commit to come on a certain day which is frustrating. Just make sure if you go with them check everything throughly,

We had Madison Lawn Care do several projects over the years. Most recently, we had them come out and bid a job for some extensive landscaping including a retaining wall.

Josh had come out prior to the bid and took measurements and did all of the leg work so that when it was time to speak, he could give me a good idea of what was necessary, our options for plants (we wanted low maintenance and pretty!), And visuals for the retaining wall (bricks vs. boulders).

After decisions were made, he sent me a total estimate for the project - included was an itemized list.

He did a great job handling the couple of changes in plants I wanted after thinking more about it and sent updated totals and lists.

When the gentleman came to start digging, they all introduced themselves and we're extremely polite and professional. They worked so hard and my project was done in a timely fashion.

We will never choose anyone else to touch our landscaping!

We contracted ML&L to weed and feed our acreage. We inquired about several additional services they offer, and received a "partial" response via email. I requested a phone call to discuss my specific needs - rather than multiple email exchanges. I received - via email - a response that basically said..."this is how we do business, since you don't like it, go somewhere else..." there are many other options for lawn service - I would recommend any other than Madison Lawn & Landscaping.

The Sunset Harbor Homeowners Association, located on the Northwest side of Lake Madison has had Madison Lawn and Landscape mow their 143,000 square feet of grass for several years now. They have done an excellent job. The people mowing and weed whacking are friendly and courteous. We also have them do landscaping at our HOA. They do a great job. They also have done concrete work at our HOA. Again I give them a 5 star rating. They also have done drainage around our canal. Again 5 star rating. They stand by their work and will repair areas that were not drained properly. They also do snow removal at our HOA. They do an excellent job clearing our main road, cleaning driveways and sidewalks. Dan Wegener, Madison Lawn and Landscape General Manager is very knowledgeable and hardworking just like all the other Madison Lawn and Landscape employees.

From start to finish, Madison Lawn and Landscape is top notch for all your landscaping needs! These guys are truly professionals and leave no details out. They completed a major landscaping project for us at our lake house and we could not be happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend them!

I called and some lady picked up. Very rude. Literally for no reason hung up on me. Sounds like an awful place to get information regarding my yard. Maybe she was having a bad day?
