Cannot speak highly enough of Todd and RealMapInfo. Super responsive, attention to detail, thoughtful and thorough, and great value. I recently needed amendments made to a plot plan after an issue highlighted by my towns conservation commission. Todd amended and supplemented detail very quickly and needless to say we resolved the issue with the commission. Don't hesitate to use RealMapInfo, I will certainly use them for any future projects.

Wonderful company to do business with! - An immediate (less than 20min) quote that included a copy of the property plot and a quick summary of the tasks to be performed. - Competitively quoted price that they adhered to. - Communication almost exclusively through email which I prefer. - Boundary survey was completed within two weeks of my commitment. - The surveyor, John, respectfully responded to a Neighbor’s questions. Using his super sleuthing skills, he also used adjacent property markers, like drill holes in rocks that were located a layer or two below other rocks in a wall, to verify our property markers which themselves were camouflaged with moss. - Once completed, John and I walked the property boundary. He highlighted certain aspects of the property, showed the adjacent property markings that helped locate and verify mine then answered all of my questions. I’d hire this firm again in a heartbeat! 4/26/2025 Hired RealMapInfo a second time to assist with boundary dispute. As before: - Provided an immediate quote. - Survey effort was completed within two weeks. - Quickly responded to my email requests. - Expressed willingness to discuss results with the other party’s Surveyor. - Offered generalized insight of zoning bylaws involving fences. Mike and JP are efficient, effective, courteous, and helpful! The accuracy of their survey, as confirmed by the other party’s Surveyor, finally resolved the dispute. As mentioned in review above, I’d hire them again in a heartbeat - which I did!
