David helped remove our stuff safely and treating it as his own (as well as his crew). Richard kept us informed through the whole process and helped calm our anxiety in a bad situation. David D, did a fantastic job last week. He called beforehand to let me know he was headed our way. He came in ready to work and showed me what they were needing to do while in my home. Even though they were having a busy day, I never felt rushed. David was efficient, timely, and got the job done. He was personable and easy to approach when questions were needed to be asked. I would recommend SERVPRO of Bartlett/Cordova and David D to whomever needs water damage work done.

Like so many others, our pipes burst on Christmas Eve while we were out of town, causing our ceiling in multiple rooms to collapse which led to severe water damage throughout our entire home. Our items were moved into a storage POD until we could find someone to assess them. Oriana and her team did a great job sorting and documenting our furniture and personal items and determining what was salvageable or non-salvageable. One of the things I appreciated the most was Oriana’s communication and willingness to find and set aside sentimental items that were very important to us despite damage. She sent us photos of items that she thought we might want to keep and kept us updated the entire time. She was very thorough and professional. Though I hope we never need these services in the future, I would work with Oriana and her team again.

All the team including Oriana were amazing. They helped us when a pipe burst in our house by drying our floors and walls where there was water damage. I would recommend ServPro for any "clean up needs".

The Project Manager that came out was wonderful. The whole crew did an okay job.
2 of the 5 times a crew was sent out twice there was a communication problem. When they pulled my toilet up they did not drain the water which caused it to become moldy.
Overcharged in my opinion.

My experience with ServPro handling our water damage exceeded my expectations. The customer service and response time was outstanding. They always arrived at my home sooner than expected. The work they did to get my home dried in and safe was superior. I would not hesitate to recommend them and have already done so.

These guys were amazing! Came in quickly and worked fast. They got the damaged portions out in the first day, and moved in a million fans to dry the house out. Everyone on the crew was courteous and friendly. They also do future cleaning. My antique chair got water and drywall on it. They cleaned everything off and took care of the wood. It looks untouched, now.
This company was great to work with during a disaster in our house. Would definitely recommend using them!!

Danio and team provided great service for our emergency situation. Were able to show up a few hours after I called and worked late into the night to remediate the damage. He kept us well informed over the 3 days until their equipment was removed. Great job, well done!

DJ and Chandler did an excellent job of removing my engineered hard wood flooring. It was a very difficult task that they took on with a great attitude and work ethic. They completed the job, explained the next steps, and cleaned up their mess. I appreciate their hard work. They are definitely an asset to this company!

The crew that came out to deal with our flood were incredible. They were always communicating what they were doing, let us know when they were on their way and dealt with our insurance company very efficiently. They explained things thoroughly since this was our first time going through something like this. They were sweet to our young kids and always considered their safety when making decisions and informing us of things they needed to stay away from during the process. I’m so grateful for them during this sad and frustrating situation. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone dealing with flooding!
