I have a privacy fence they installed less than 4 years ago that has 2 different places that has. Fallen down on 2 separate occasions. First time in less than a year.

You can’t get ahold of anyone whether you call or try and email. We tried over and over and over again. Left messages, no call back or full voicemail. I live so close but REALLY prefer Verona Caney even though it’s much further.

Hired to do mulch and shrubs. They came out quickly to do the work. Had an issue with it initially but the issue was resolved and I am happy with the outcome. Glad to support this local business.

I bought 4 trees and within 6 months two of the trees died. Now the third blazing maple tree is dead on top and not blooming after a year. I don’t know where they get their stuff but its junk. These trees were not cheap and I would like to support local but going forward I’ll stick with Lowes who offers a 1 year warranty. And yes I did ask the short stocky guy about a warranty and was advised no guarantee on the trees.

Did an amazing job on our fence, extremely high quality. Rock was no problem for his crew, they got my fence done in record time.

These folks are great. I was passing through in November '20 and just happened to stop in because I saw schip laurels and emerald arborvitaes.
Ended up buying 10 of the Emerald Greens and had them delivered same day. Very nice people, very good value and easy to work with!

We needed our privacy fence repaired. We had called several companies and did not get any responses. Laid Back was quick to call back and showed up when they said they would. And the job was completed in a timely manner and was done correctly. Very courteous and professional. Will be our go to when any more work is needed.

I bought 2 Red Maple Trees and was told the installation was $50/each. Then, Sean texted me and said I was misinformed because the installation price was $250! Next, after waiting over a week for delivery/installation, he lied about contacting 811 Dig because I called and was told no ticket had been created for my address. It’s been a hassle from miscommunication, price changes for installation and then unprofessionalism by lying to me. No thanks. There are other trees for sale and many, many landscaping companies to do the work.

The owner Sean was working on another yard down the street yesterday so I asked him if he could do a small project for us. Because of the time of year, I thought we would have to wait. He told me to text him. Not only did he reply immediately but he said he could take care of it the very next day (today). His crew showed up this morning and not only did what we asked but went above and beyond with edging, weeding, raking, etc. They were very professional and meticulous and I will absolutely use them again and I highly recommend them! Tyler and team from Laid Back Landscaping did an amazing job on our landscaping needs which included cleanup, new landscaping design / installation and grading for drainage issues. He was timely, communicated well and really listened to our goals. Highly recommend!!

I passed by this place with beautiful trees out front. Found some great silver firs. Got a great price and said I needed to bring my husband back with a truck 2 days later. He said he'd leave a note of the price and I could come back and get them. After a 40 min trip back, price is up $75 for one tree. The exact same tree. The worker's response "yep, he went up." Who does business like that?? No. Don't waste your time.

Dris, Diego and Pablo planted 7 trees for us this morning. Everything went great. They were fast, the plantings look good, no mess left. We initially ordered 5 trees and Sean sent a couple more he thought we would like; we did! Dris did a good job describing them and helped with the locations. The price was more than fair.
If, and we have little doubt, today’s plantings look good this summer, we will get with Sean for more trees and/or bushes this fall.
