Great to work with

Very great instructors and supervisor...

Would not recommend working an outage with this company. They've yet to pay me for 28 hours of class, travel time, etc. because I was injured on the job (which they failed to report). I breathed in glass insulation soaked in hazardous paper plant chemical residue, spray paint fumes, pipe rust dust, pipe paint, etc. while grinding pipes and performing layout for NDT Ultrasonic testing due to not being provided a proper respirator & better safety practices. I was in a confined space for hours with can after can of spray paint fumes. Due to the relentless migraine it caused, lung and nasal passage issues, nose bleeding, and coughing up phlegm with paint and insulation in it I HAD to leave for the safety and betterment of my health. Because of my departure due to injury they are refusing to cover what I'm owed. I did report this incident to OSHA and will carry on with the BBB, Dept of Labor, etc.. Sad, for someone to be treated so poorly. The owner and supervisors didn't even bother to check on my wellbeing post work injury.

The team at Southern Roots landscaping were awesome to work with. We had them install a patio and fire pit around our pool and we had unexpected settling about a year after it was completed. At no cost to me as the owner, they came back and adjusted the base for the pavers and made it look brand new again and took care of all of the settling.

We had Southern Roots come and install an approximately 23’x23’ area of artificial turf in our courtyard area at our home.
They really knew what they were doing. They recommended a mix of materials to make a good base, laid the turfing, and sanded it with pet friendly product to finish. We are loving it. Meg and Luke were very good to work with and we couldn’t have asked for better communication during the whole process. It was a very reasonable turnaround time between when we first called them to access & quote the job until we had our finished project. We recommend them for sure!

Luke and Meg with southern roots are absolutely awesome. We called them for a stone addition around our garage and they did a great job. From the moment we called them the communication between us was awesome and we absolutely love the final result. Give them a call for anything you need done.
