Apex restoration was extremely professional, very responsive, and made a very stressful time a lot less stressful. I would use them again in the future in a heart beat.

Andrew Curtiss and his team took a very stressful situation for my family and turned it into a blessing with how they performed their job and how well they worked and kept us informed about everything. Awesome team and I would recommend them for the highest award.

We had an unfortunate water leak that caused significant damage. APEX and Andy have proven to give good advice, follow through with what they promise and have operated with integrity. We would highly recommend

This group helped me tremendously through the mitigation process and beyond. Andy was efficient yet empathetic to our dismay. He explained the entire process and beyond. I’m grateful he was the project manager sent to us. The tech team were great in removing the debris and creating an environment to protect my family. I would use this team again in the future.

We had a leak in a pipe which created water damage in our wall, between the hardwood flooring and the subfloor and into our crawl space, soaking the insulation under the house. Andy and his team (William and Jack) did an excellent job in mitigating the damage. They were knowledgeable and professional, communicating and informing us of all details throughout the process. We would use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

They truly messed over me. I am trying to reach their corporate office as I am typing. I am 74 years old and I believe that they took advantage of me. Some of them took advantage of me.

Apex helped me and my family throughout the mitigation process and communicated with me the whole way through. Andy and his team were professional, caring, and new exactly what to do for my situation and more. He explained the entire process thoughtfully with us. Keeping our home in mind the whole way. The tech team was great in removing the mold and creating a safe environment for my family. I highly recommend them to anyone in a disaster like we were in. They get the job done and done right!

Best advice I could give is Stay Away. We had one bedroom with water damage and it’s taken over a month and a half and it’s still continuing.Like pulling teeth to get them to even show up. Worst experience of my adult life.

Zero stars if it were possible. My husband and I are FUMING.
We thought we'd finally found a company through our insurance that would repair our sunroom ceiling, damaged during the ice storm in Jan, and the estimate was about $1100. We have a $1000 deductible, and paid it. The work was scheduled to begin the first week of April officially but we got word that it could be earlier.
The last week of March and first week of April passed without ANY work being done, and zero communication.
Come to find out, long story short, they'd decided not to do the work. Why? Nobody knows.

Fast forward to today. We still have a damaged sunroom ceiling and Apex claims they came to the house and attempted a repair, so they're keeping over $800. Because a "failed repair" costs just about as much as the first estimate. Right. That is ABSOLUTE bs.

Oh, and there is also ZERO evidence that ANY effort was made to fix the ceiling. The worker supposedly came to the house while we were at work. Nothing on the floor moved, the tape we had on the tiles was still there. Nothing was touched.
So we are just out $900, and STILL have to pay the deductible when we actually find someone to do the work.

HOW these crooks have any positive reviews is a mystery to me.

My restoration project is still ongoing. I would typically wait until a project is complete before leaving a review but enough time has passed that I felt the need to go ahead and share my experience with others. Mid-February our kitchen flooded and we had to have the flooring replaced and the lower cabinets. Today is May 21 and my tenants still don’t have a kitchen. These guys are so nice, polite and pleasant….and that is the only reason they got the 2nd star. There were some delays with removal because our flooring had to be tested for asbestos. I felt that some of those delays were drawn out but I remained patient. At least during this part of the agonizingly slow process, they updated me with photos. It took 2 months to pull up the floor and remove three cabinets. Once the demo was done, it took weeks for them to order the flooring. As of today, it has been 28 BUSINESS DAYS since I paid the deductible to have the kitchen put back together after the cleanup was complete and my tenants still don’t have a kitchen sink to use! The last update I got was 12 days ago. I’ve repeatedly asked for pictures and have not received any.

    ------------------------
Update: today is Fri 6/5/26 on Thurs 5/28 I was told that my cabinets had come in and that they would begin installation on Tues 6/2. There was no communication beyond that and no one showed up to begin installation on Tuesday. I left a vm yesterday morning with no return call. I called again this morning and am now waiting on a progress report.
I see that the owner took the time to respond to my review but there is still no action being taken on my property. I still have tenants who do not have a kitchen sink.

Our experience with Apex Restoration was a very positive one. After waiting for insurance to finally approve the estimate (absolutely no fault of Apex). The guys were very quick to schedule and even moved up our start date an entire week. Most of our communication was handled through Brandon Bingham, the superintendent for the Clarksville office, who was very clear and informative for the process which I was incredibly thankful for. We had a few issues that were addressed and handled quite quickly and effectively with the help of Brandon. They were very quick to handle any issues with the project including contacting our insurance when more services were needed. Our entire floor from our bathroom to the kitchen needed to be replaced and I absolutely love the outcome of the tile once the guys were finished. Would recommend the if asked.
