Been waiting on these guys to mow for over two weeks now - won't even return my calls and their office voicemail is full so they aren't even checking messages. This comes across as extremely unprofessional and lazy. Find someone else to mow - these guys are not worth the hassle.

The Crew worked really hard and knocked out a difficult job in one day. I had my French drain system replaced and I would definitely use them again.

I owned a lawn company many years ago so I know good customer service when I see it. Herndon brothers exceeded my expectations. They were always prompt and I dealt with the owner himself each time I called. I will definitely be using them in the future for all of my lawncare needs.

The Leaf Monster did a great job for my front yard. Saved me HOURS of hard work. No bagging, no dumping, just blow/rake everything to the curb and then call Herndon Brothers and their Leaf Monster.

This statement is not true. They do not / did not guarantee their work. I have several pictures of the aftermath. If there is a way to upload these, I will as they say a picture is worth a thousand words (if I can’t upload here...see my post on their Facebook page). They pieced milled by cutting the sod in strips and didn’t prep the ground so this left the yard uneven with bare patches and gullies.

We contacted them regarding our dissatisfaction as well as to make them aware they had broken the gate. They came out the first time to review the issues. When nothing was done, we contacted them again and received no response.

We hired them to perform landscape and irrigation system work. Paid them $8000 in good faith to come back and complete the job and they stopped responding. We were intending to use them for future maintenance services and referred them to several neighbors. They did not adhere to their mission statement. Very disappointing

They did a great job getting my leaves up! I have a lot of trees in almost an acre and they did awesome! Would definitely recommend!

I use Herndon Brothers for my businesses lawn care, tree removal and all around landscaping. I could not have found a better company to use for this service. They are prompt to get to all my projects and do fast work once on site. If you are looking for a trustworthy and professional company these are your guys!

Update: Conley (owner) contacted me directly and rectified the issues applying a new round of mulch and ridding the flower bed of weeds with no additional charge. Happy with the follow up and work performed.

Quoted for a front flower bed clean out, weed prevention, and mulching for $600 on 3/5/22. The flower bed is roughly 20 feet long. Work was finally completed on 4/12. Very pool quality work overall. A dusting of mulch was applied. Easy to tell as I have previously laid brown mulch and we received red mulch. You can clearly see more of the brown mulch through the red. The worst part is the lack of weed prevention applied. I typically have done this week and a simple application of Preen has prevented weeds previously when doing it myself. We have weeds sprouting throughout the garden so questioning if any weed prevention was even put down. I voiced this issues when receiving calls about payment. Instead of addressing those concerns and rectifying the quality of work, they hounded for payment. I paid the $600 and still have yet to receive a follow up service on the issues mentioned. Don’t waste your time. Either do it yourself or look elsewhere.

I worked with Herndon Brothers for sod installation after a contract with another company fell through. They were professional, helpful, quick response times, and fit me into their already busy schedule. The lawn came out looking better than expected.
