We recently bought a house for my 83 year old mother. The house has a gas fireplace with ceramic logs. As the nights got cooler we had Cliff come to assess and start the gas fireplace. Upon inspection, it was determined the logs needed to be replaced. He quickly ordered and installed the new logs. Not only did he ensure everything was working properly and safely, but he took the time to show my mom how to use the controls. He made sure she was comfortable with working the controls on her own. That is going above and beyond in my book! Great job and thanks for the personal touch!

A second service performed was replacement of the HVAC system in the house. During the home inspection when we bought the house, we were informed the heating unit was bad. We hired Cliff again because of the great work he performed on the gas logs. He inspected the unit and determined the system was not working and needed to be replaced. He quickly sourced and installed a new unit so there would be heat for my mom. He was very professional and the work was completed timely. He kept us in the loop on the progress as we are in Texas. We were provided a workable payment option that fit our budget. We will for sure recommend his services to friends and family.

This guy is awesome!! He shows up when he says he will and is very easy to work with. He works hard to get the job done and wants to be sure his work is 100%.. I assure it is most definitely 100% and looks amazing when done. Our ductwork was a total mess underneath our home.. Who ever had done the work in the past had done a horrible job. There was an excessive amount of ductwork hanging down. It was sloppy.. When Cliff was finished with it though it was perfect. Very neat and tightly mounted. As long as he is still in the business he will be our AC guy from here on out. He went out of his way to check in several times over the next few weeks to be sure we were completely satisfied with the work and that the air flow was to our standards.. All around great experience!😁🙂

Our two units had served us well for 16 years. We chose to replace both and we already knew the right guy to install them! C City Heating & Cooling provided excellent evaluations and recommendations.
