Excellent service!! A friend referred me to Pacific Carpet Cleaning, and told me Alex would be professional, and would take very good care of my carpet cleaning needs. I called them, and he scheduled me an appointment for 2 days later. Not only was he on time, but he called to inform me that he was on his way. Alex was courteous and professional, and made sure that I was happy with each room before he left. You can t beat the service or the price!!! I will definitely use in the future!

Greenscene installed and have always maintained our irrigation system. The customer service is excellent as well and phone calls are always answered.

Very professional (unlike others we'd have dealings with). They not only added new irrigation fields but fixed problems in the existing ones. The workers were capable and efficient. Good job.

Let me start off by saying I have NEVER posted a review on the web before, but I felt people needed to be warned about this company. When they came out two years ago they "found" a problem and after spending several hundreds of dollars they never fixed the problem. They created more problems by installing the wrong type of piping which has led to several more hundreds of dollars to get it fixed properly by another company. Your call will NEVER be returned. Even after you call several times in a row you will get a response only by text message. The age of the owner shows reflects itself and you can see that clearly by their response from the other review. Don't worry the competition won't make you have a bad name, you are doing a fine job at that all by yourself.

I live in Brentwood and cannot be happier with the job that Jose, Victor and his team did. GREAT SERVICE and excellent installation.

Jose and his crew did a great job repairing my established sprinkler system. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient on the job. Great pricing as well.

Asked for an evaluation of an existing irrigation system installed by previous home owner. They spent about 10 minutes and advised there was either an underground spring or a leaky line "some where" that would require extensive digging to locate. Wouldn't give an estimate to fix, didn't seem to be interested in the work so I'll find someone else and black list them in my community Facebook page where service recommendations are constantly requested.

I had a very dissatisfying experience. I was having landscaping done to the front and back of my house. After I electronically accepted the quote, no one scheduled an appointment with me. Then when they said they would come, no one showed on Monday, then no one showed on Tuesday like they said then Thursday they came out to cut grass which was not what they were supposed to do. The following Monday they finally do the work but didn't put down weed mats and they had to come again to do that. My bushes didn't get trimmed like they were supposed to, some weed mats were sloppily covered and they dented my brand new window cover just installed by window world dead center in the front of my newly remodeled house. I spent a lot of money for a poor job. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Don't waste your time with this company. Getting a response is only half the battle. Made a major mistake in selecting this company to install an irrigation system and landscape lighting. Poor quality on both installs. Take notice of all the recent 1 star reviews - there's a reason.

Jose and his crew just completed a landscaping job for us and they did a phenomenal job. They ripped out a bunch of unruly holly bushes and a dead crape myrtle and replaced them with various trees and plants that Jose assisted us in choosing. He was incredibly patient when we went back and forth on what to put where, he was extremely prompt every time he had an appointment with us, he was very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions on how to care for our new trees/plants, and his guys were all friendly, polite and hard-working and they cleaned up so well we could hardly tell they were there. Also, they put new mulch in the landscaping beds that they worked on and they had a little left over. Instead of just piling it on a little thicker than needed, they took the extra mulch down to the end of our driveway and remulched the existing two beds there. Everything looks amazing and we will absolutely be working with Jose again!

The Green Scene Team did an outstanding job on our landscaping. They trimmed all of our bushes, pulled weeds, trenched and mulched all of our flower beds. They even did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend them - - - - Tony Jones.
