Their service call was fast and efficient. Jay did an excellent job fixing our refrigerator.

Horrible. Horrible. Don’t hire these people. Jay created a worse problem after replacing our cooktop. He did not want to accept responsibility for solving the mess he created. He refuses to come to our house, despite a scheduled appointment, and refuses to talk to us, making his rude office girls call. Worst company ever. Hire ANYONE else!!

Keith is the best repair man I've ever met he's very just, reasonable, most of all honest , cost is reasonable , parts can get costly but at least you know exactly what part is needed to repair your expensive appliance versus replacing entire appliance

The guy who came out definitely went above and beyond. He took his time and explained what could have caused the issue, did not try to upsell anything, and even did work that was not expected from him at all like try to see if there was a lint clog in my dryer vent in my wall. Helping hands will definitely be my go-to from now on.

In the days of amazon and google it's nice to have a local spot still serving a community since before Google and Amazon. Support local businesses. Sure they might be a couple of bucks more but is it not worth keeping a local place around so when you're in a pinch theres somewhere we can go and get a part the same day. Very knowledgeable staff and probably have any part you're looking for

I work midnights and my wife called due to our deep freezer not staying cold. they told her a couple things that could be wrong with it over the phone and then explained how it would not be worth the money to come out and fix it for her to buy a new one. So already knowing the things wrong with it, i went online and ordered the fan and will replace it my self. Sorry but spending what would have been 200$ vs 1,000-2,000$. yeah i rather not use this company.
