Very unprofessional company

Can't be bothered to complete the job in a timely manner...

My technician Aaron was on time, polite, and fixed the problem in under an hour. The price was reasonable as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had us on the schedule, then left a voicemail saying they were going to cancel our appointment the following week if I didn't respond by that evening (they left the voicemail at 4). When we called back they said their schedule was full. Not worth waiting for appointments only to be kicked off the schedule - look elsewhere.

Chuck was very fast and professional. He showed up exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes, and let me know later that evening that the part was ordered and would arrive in 2 days. Just as he said he would, he returned as soon as he had the part and fixed our range quickly. You can't beat reliable, friendly service. Highly recommend.

Steer clear of this company. No one ever answers the phone, voicemails, texts, or email. This company was hired by my home warranty. The first contact was made via phone and it seemed as if it was going to go smooth. He came and diagnosed our unit as needing a motor blower. He said that he could not find the part and would get back with me. Well, after 10 days gone by and numerous calls for an update…no response. Well after getting a second opinion, come to find out, the only thing that was wrong was that the motor and shaft was loosened. It only needed shifted and tightened (which was done by another company within 10 minutes of them coming out. No charge. Do not use them. Be careful hiring this company. A huge misdiagnosis which would have cost me a fortune. They are either incompetent or trying to gain more money.

Will never use anyone else
