Ok, I accidentally flushed a plastic toilet paper holder down the toilet!!! (who does that on purpose, right?) Thinking I dodged a bullet, things were good for three weeks....then, yes, the proverbial "log jam" pun intended! My neighbors heartily recommended McMullin Plumbing and he came out two days later (yes, I have a second bathroom). Best option, he brought in "the Augur", a super mega-snake thing and went to work to break that puppy through....not really a puppy, toilet paper holder, remember? It worked!!! saved me having to buy a new toilet. Very happy with this company and will recommend them to anyone.

on a Sunday and even offered to come out after his family gathering that day .. he was prompt the next day and got the problem fixed and the water heater replaced .. he went above and beyond and was very fair in pricing.

We recently had a horrible hot water heater overflow situation. They came out as soon as possible and gave us all our options and estimates. They were very nice and knowledgeable and helped us figure out how to fix this crumby situation. They were more than fair I will absolutely use them again and recommend them! Great service!!!

Bill and Austin installed a new gas line for my gas cooktop. They have also unclogged my drains at another property. On both instances, I was very pleased with the responsiveness and quality work produced. Called to do work at my mother's home in Bartlett. The quote was almost twice as much as others but he was available. Did the job and then a week later the same issue happened again. Said it wasn't his fault and it would be a new charge. Don't trust this guy! Doesn't stand behind his work!

Bill did an outstanding job when he replaced my water heater. He was responsive, thourough and best of all, honest. He was very transparent on the cost without any hidden fees and add-ons like the other plumbers I talked to. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber.

Bill did a massive plumbing job underneath our house last summer. Multiple pipes in multiple locations. He did great work, communicated clearly the scope of the job and price, and guaranteed his work for a year. This week, a fitting that he used failed. Not his fault. Just file under “they don’t make ‘em like they used to.”
Bill came in and made it right in less than an hour. We are hopefully done with plumbing work for the near future, but if we need anything else, this is the only number we are calling.

WOW is all I have to say! Bill is outstanding! He was recommended to us by an attorney friend. My father and I have never been disappointed by them! My father is elderly and has dementia so I must be present when anyone is over to the house. Bill understands and make accommodations for the situation at hand. Bill is like a family member when he comes over and he talks to my dad and my dad loved the conversation as my dad is hard to please and does not get along with people often. However, Bill makes him feel at ease and makes us know the job will be done perfectly! He is not just kind but very reasonably priced! I don't wish plumbing issues on anyone, however, if/when you do have an issue, you MUST try McMullin Plumbing just to see what real good old time service is!!! McMullin Plumbing.... I recently posted looking for a plumber and McMullin Plumbing was the first person to message me. He came out the following afternoon, was extremely thorough in figuring out our issue and showing my husband what was actually going on, and then explained everything to me again on the phone even when I got off work late that night. The original plumbing company that our insurance originally suggested (that we had been waiting on for over a month to come do the work) had actually guessed at a problem that was nonexistent and quoted us for an entire reroute. Bill found our issue so quickly and had it fixed less than 48 hours from our call AND came in under his initial quote and way under our original quote. We are so happy to have this situation fixed before the real cold weather sets in. 10/10 would recommend him and his company to anyone looking for an honest opinion/great work from a stand up guy and company!

He just installed a tankless water heater in our home. Provided a quote much lower than others and then the final cost was lower than the quote. Our situation was tricky, but he gave much thought to the best way forward, made room in his schedule, and installed it quickly. The final job looks fantastic.
