My system was newly installed with a warranty when I moved in. Met Dan, system had leaks in line. They kept on coming out to fix it.never replaced it. They were responsive so I paid them to put in a unit at our rental and another unit in a cabin. Called and had them to do maintenance and have spent lots of money with them. 2 1/2 years the main unit is still giving us issues. Called to get service on a Thursday because the unit is not running after Brandon came out less that 2 weeks ago to fix it, and have not heard from the company, Dan or Brandon to get out here. It is now Tuesday with no heat in January. You want this type of service, then use them. Horrible, nonresponsive. I think the owner turned the company over to this guy who has ruined anything that was good.

I recommend Aire Serv of Maryville for AC replacement if you want it done right the first time.

The techs were friendly and professional. They were respectful of our requests and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

The company has good service and does good work, but I don’t think that you get enough for your membership.

They got someone out on Sunday within 2 hours, helped get me and mainly for my elder handicapped aunt back in the cool air. As someone myself with a lot of different job experiences and a lot with electrical, and a little with ac systems although mainly in vehicles
And , I could tell right away the tech was honest, and even gave me a tip about something I didn’t think about when it came to my compressor. They carry highest quality parts like capacitors, etc and was able to also get a soft booster installed (different than a hard starter) to also help keep from wearing out capacitors hopefully, the tech knew his stuff and got the job done me fast and was able to answer all my questions.

Emergency was the best.
