We have used Shield on two separate occasions, both times they did a professional job. We just had Ryan and Jawad treat our crawl space for black mold. They called to give us a time they would be here, arrived on time and went right to work. I was shown pictures of how it looked after the treatment.

Please make sure you read the fine print due to wording being tricky in contract. They broke my countertop and miscommunicated the severity of the problem. Now I am paying for new countertops and wall paper.

Shield did a fantastic job removing mold from underneath my kitchen sink. Bobby and Ryan were great to deal with and very professional. The price was the best in the area and I could not be happier with the job they did and the speed with which they did it. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Extensive renovation of exterior/interior in late 2017. Exterior work met expectations. Interior work quality was poor. CS sub contracted with inexperienced and incapable bathroom renovation company. Tile work in master bath had to be redone one time during construction and master shower tile still needs to be redone. Just found a wall leak in guest bathroom that has ruined a section of our refinished hard wood floors. Leak is unrelated to weather and should not have happened after only 3.5 years. In the end, CS abandoned the job, uncompleted, leaving our home in an unfinished, horrible mess. We paid CS over $90,000 in cash for this. Can’t say anything positive about this company.

The technician left without finishing the work..He change the cord to my water heater and did not put the plug back on the wall. And water heater still don't work and he charge me $225 for what I don't now..
