MS&W had done drainage work in the neighborhood and I called to schedule an inspection. Bo came out within hours and scoped the sewer drain. He found several areas where the original terra cotta pipe had separated and walked me through pictures of the issues with recs for a fix. Discussion was very thorough and no pressure at all to have them proceed with a repair. I asked for a quote and received a written one that was very reasonable. Decided to proceed and the repairs were done THE NEXT DAY due to a schedule cancellation they had received after looking at my problem. Work was performed and completed with excellent workmanship and outcome. Had to trench the line but much care was taken to refill and mound the soil so lawn issues were minimal.
