We had a pipe burst in our attic on Christmas Eve and it flooded about half of our downstairs. We called Restoration and they were out quickly, with drying equipment and then took care of all the repairs. They were professional and friendly. They worked well with our insurance company. We could not have been happier.

From what I was told this is a relatively new restoration company, with that said I was out of town when the valve in my refrigerator blew out and flooded almost my entire downstairs of my home. My son in law just happened to com by and found the problem and called me in Arizona and since he had been in the business I told him to just handle it for me. Well he called Revival Restoration and I cannot tell you how happy I am the did. I'm not going to say there were no hiccups but when a problem did come up Kyle my contact took care of it immediately. I hope I never have this problem again but if I do I will be calling Revival again.

Revival did an incredible job on our primary bathroom renovation. Kyle and his team were always professional, timely, responsive, and courteous. We will use Revival again on our next project!

My experience with Revival has been great. A+ service and I had the pleasure of working with their project manager Kevin. Kevin is detailed and very responsive when I have questions and need help.

The Senior Project Manager, Taylor Perkins was at our home immediately after a claim was made. He carefully and patiently inspected each room and assured us everything would be repaired, not just the way it was before the water damage throughput the house due to a busted water pipe in the attic, but the house would look better. What’s amazing is we had been out of town for several days when the water pipe in the attic burst. One of our relatives stopped in & called to let us know what happened. We hurriedly came home to a flooded house of 2-3 inches of water on the floors in each room, busted ceilings and walls, etc. The garage and driveway were flooded as well. Taylor ensured the demotion crew was there and performed their task. He recommended, met and talked with the contractors and again explained to us in layman’s terminology what was going to be done in each room. He answered all of our questions and made regular visits to ensure the work was completed correctly. When any thing was inadvertently omitted and/or not completed satisfactorily, Taylor was there to ensure it was corrected to our satisfaction. He is very meticulous, courteous, displayed empathy and a sincere concern that things were properly and expeditiously completed. Taylor is knowledgeable, showed a great deal of integrity, and he displayed the epitome professionalism. This is one company and Project Manager I highly recommend. Revival Restoration was a lifesaver when our washer flooded from our 3rd floor onto our 2nd floor. They responded immediately and arrived at our house within 20 minutes to get the water mitigation process to started. They did a nice job protecting our furniture and adjacent areas, minimizing damage and excess mess. Kyle and his team at Revival Restoration did an incredible job restoring our midcentury modern home after it flooded during a winter storm. They took extra time and care to maintain the integrity of the home by preserving the original fixtures, mosaic walls and built-ins. Kyle, in particular, was fantastic to work with. He was attentive and responsive even after business hours and off days. I trusted him and his team to complete the work after we had moved out of state and were not able to review the progress regularly. We were grateful to find Kyle Cox and Revival Restoration! I was very nervous having never experienced water damage from a frozen pipe and not knowing what to do or expect. Kyle was referred by a coworker who had never met him, but it is obvious he has a great reputation in the field! He has truly been a Godsend! He guided us through the process of mitigation, as well as the process of “tore-up-from the floor-up.” 🤣 Literally, my downstairs floors were stripped down to the bare concrete.
