Memphis Cleaning Company is truly a life saver. Turned my home back to life. I have used multiple companies and individuals to help clean over the years. Overpriced and Unfair
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this cleaning company. I was forced to have this company clean a property I rented before I moved out. They conducted a walkthrough a week before our scheduled cleaning while we still lived at the property. The initial estimate was an astronomical $533. Despite my concerns, I was assured multiple times that this was just an estimate and the final price would be adjusted based on the actual condition of the property.

My wife and I spent over 40 hours cleaning the house ourselves, scrubbing walls and doors, and making sure everything was in good shape before moving out. We are not professional cleaners, but we did our best to ensure the property was clean and ready for the company to do a final touch-up.

When the final bill arrived, they deducted absolutely nothing from the estimated amount. We were charged the full $533, despite the significant cleaning effort we had already put in. This felt like a slap in the face after all the hard work we did to prepare the property.

Paying for 40 hours of our labor to be completely disregarded is unacceptable. If you value fair pricing and respect for your efforts, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for cleaning services.
