ERS came in after my home was flooded amidst the chaos, and were absolutely incredible, professional, and helpful. Matt and his team constantly went above and beyond not only to take care of all of my appliances and questions by also to communicate with me throughout the process which is invaluable and so very appreciated. Matt continues to follow up months later and I know I can count on them for help. Would highly recommend.

Great service fast turn around. Andre came out same day as my flood and jumped on the job saving me all of money and headaches. Drake and his whole crew were professional and respectful of my property. I would recommend everyone to use ServiceMaster if you need any work done.

Our house was hit by a tornado May 6, 2024 just before dark. With a big hole in the roof and five inches of rain that fell that night. A call to two companies were made that night. Service master responded the very next morning and they were at the house. Andre was one of them and what I like about him is that he always has a smile on his face and is a very positive person. He always listens and follows up. If there is something he does not know he looks it up on his phone and Immediately has an answer. They ordered the many dumpsters and pods. Andre was here every day for 30 days and did an excellent job of drying things out.
Then other contractors came for the restoration. What a nightmare that was for over 11 months. When we were at a point where we could bring our furniture back in we called and picked a day for ServiceMaster to come out, Monday May 11th. Andre and his helper were here as planned. It was a rainy day, but it did not stop them. Andre and his helper were very considerate of the new flooring and they took their shoes off, protected the jams with padding and even put a heavy paper down on the floor for them to walk on.
After hanging the window coverings and bringing furniture and the rest on contents from the pod he swept them out and called for them to be picked up.
They were done by 1:30 p.m. and said if we needed anything more just call. What a comforting thing to hear.
I had mentioned about the flooring company leaving behind the left over hardwood that was left at my front door, April 26th and that I could not hose the porch off. Andre volunteered to move it and he also took mattresses that had broken glass in them from the tornado. He also took a broken ladder that was left behind from one of the subs.
Andre is definitely one-of-a-kind and we really appreciated all that he did for us. I would not hesitate to call on him again!

Great communication across all levels. Our main point of contact, Charles, explained the remediation process thoroughly and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. The team doing the work, led by Dalton, was quick, courteous, and thorough.

Professional team..showed up on time. Explained everything well. Good follow up. The mitigation team was led by Tre and he really did his best by us. Felt like we were in good hands.

Andre Blanchard love the service he provided he made sure he let us know when he was coming and everything he did and made sure he cleaned up after he left communication is the key he also answered all the questions he very professional 😄

Best experience I have had with a restoration company! The entire team was patient with me and set us up with an amazing crew that went above and beyond to make sure all of our special needs were met. Tra Lewis and his assistant team member Chris did a fantastic job at doing their job without dusting up our entire house. They were careful to cover everything and make sure dust and debris did not spread. This means the world to us as we have asthma and sinus challenges within our family. Mr. Tra Lewis lead the project with profesionalism, confidence, and conpassion. You don't find this type of service (without having to ask and follow up) and I am just grateful that we were blessed with people who really care about the homeowners they are serving!
Communication was impeccable and close out was simple and he made sure our transition to the repair side was seamless.

Late Thursday afternoon, we hooked up our hose to do some outside work but there was no water pressure. We tried a few things. Unbeknownst to us, the hose line had cracked during the winter freeze and inside our home water was pouring out under a wall.

ServiceMaster's project manager Charles came within a short time and set up equipment to begin the drying process. He arrived the next morning with a team and began removing all affected walls and flooring. They blocked the area off from the rest of the house to limit debris traveling. The team was thorough and explained every step, answering all our questions, and mostly reassuring us all would be fine.

Charles and Andre came in daily to check that the fans and dehumidifier were doing the job. They treated the mold and checked the moisture levels.

This crew was efficient, respectful, and reassuring. By Wednesday morning, we were all clear.

We hope we never have to see them again 😉, but if there is ever the need, they are the ones we will call.

Tre Lewis was awesome throughout the work process on our house this week. We'd highly recommend him and his team to anyone needing repair / restorative services. Answered any and all questions, and completed the work in a timely fashion as well.

I had the privledge of being assigned Tra Lewis as our project manager, and lead remediation technician. Tra was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, and polite. Tra did everything he said he was going to do. My husband and I felt 100% confident the leak was contained, and the water was extracted and dry. I would hire Tra in a minute for any remediation project. We were blessed to have such a terrific leader respond to our water emergency.

Tra Lewis was my lead guy and was phenomenal from start to finish. He and his partner communicated with me what work would be done, the timeliness of it and when they would be finished!!!! His positivity and smile made me very comfortable in a situation that was pretty stressful! I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone in a similar situation.
In this day and time in the world of construction, it’s hard to find honest and ethical people and from the time I got my estimate to the time the work was completed Tra Lewis and his team encompass all of this!!!!!

Servicemaster actually performs as excellent as their advertisements claim. They were on time every day, thorough, worked all day until they were finished, were realistic about the scope of work, didn’t leave my job to go to another one. All of the workers were polite, tidy, and hard working.
If you ever need their services, ask for Charles Browner as your Project Manager. The man was thorough, thoughtful, respectful, well trained, confident, and a great manager. He was here to check on his job, answer questions, observe progress, and provide us with guidance every single day. We could not have worked with a better person. We appreciated his concern for us and our property.

Tra Lewis came into our home to repair water damage to our kitchen hardwood floor. He was very professional and extremely polite and kind, reassuring me that all could be repaired. He brought in drying fans and hung strong plastic wrapping in the kitchen walkways to minimize the heat and noise from the fans. For 6 days either Tra or one of his coworkers came by to check on the progress of the floor. I highly recommend ServiceMaster Restoration by David and especially Tra for a job very well done.

This company is professional, punctual, and excellent at their job. My husband and I were very impressed with their quality of work. Charles and Lilliana were a pleasure to have in our home, and we will use them again if we ever need work completed. They did a good job cleaning up, too! I appreciated that! I highly recommend them!
