I had a great experience with this company. Answered all my questions along the way and made my home the perfect spot for hosting. I love my outdoor kitchen and couldn’t image my backyard any other way. Thank you soooo much!

We've used Houston and his team multiple times over the last couple years and they have been a joy to work with every time. Whenever I need something he makes sure it is taken care of. I've used multiple people in this industry and this company stands out above them all.

At first contact, it seemed like the cooperation with the company was going to be good. I made an appointment with them to come look at our project for Friday, June 17th at 10 a.m. The service person showed up an hour early and I was not available. I agreed with the service person to come back on the following Monday, but he never showed up. I called the woman at their office to resolve the situation. She said she would call me right back. She never did. When I tried to call her back, she would not answer her phone... I have not heard back from the company ever since! Very unreliable.

I reached out about our backyard remodel. I called to get someone to come out for a quote and they came out right away on Jul 18. They told me it would take a week to get the quote and i am still waiting. I called the office 1.5 weeks later and ask the status. They told me they would get back to me right away. A week after that i emailed the person i received thr calander invite from for the quote to ask about the status with no reaponse. A week later i emailed and called again... no response. 6 weeks later we still have not heard anything.

Nashville outdoor living space are able to do anything that you can dream up. I wanted a pool, outdoor kitchen, and screened in porch. They did an amazing job! I am so happy with how everything turned out. They had a great team and worked hard to get it done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them for any hardscaping project you might have.

We called the team at Nashville Outdoor Living Spaces and John and his architect came out to our home and provided us with a design and excellent quote in less than a week. Literally a day after we agreed to move forward (on a Friday!), the crew was at our house bright and early that morning to start the job.

We had several initiatives completed, including the install of 600+ linear feet of vinyl fencing with multiple gates, multiple large scale retaining walls, land grading, making our patio stairs safe and up to code, and repairing some brick work on the outside of our home. The most exciting initiative, was the installation of our new backyard hang out spot: a huge, beautiful pavilion, fully equipped with outdoor kitchen and bar area! I don't know how they did it with such quality and care, but the team had everything completed within a two week time frame.

We've worked with a lot of contractors since moving into our fixer upper in 2021. John and his team have easily been the best and most pleasant company we've had the opportunity to meet. The entire process; from the initial phone call, on-site visit, design, and quote all the way through the execution has been incredibly seamless. Everything completed reflected an immense attention to detail, in depth consideration of our land and the spaces we had to work with, and overall was just well thought out to ensure we'd be able to achieve our outdoor living space goals. All of this was delivered in combination with great customer service and fair, reasonable prices!

Worst service ever. He comes out to evaluate and informs his hired help to patch a certain area as that's all it needs apparently. WRONG! Pull was drained patched and painted. 2 months later the patch is busted and the whole is bigger than expected. Money down the drain and now he won't return calls. Filing a complaint with the BBB!

I have used Pools by Elio for several years primarily for weekly pool service which has always been done timely and well. He also did one major pool repair when the pool cracked and the job went well and has held up. I will continue to use Jonathan

Jonathan is consistently achieving high standards and has assembled a team that strives to do the same. They applied a finish when resurfacing the pool that looks as great today as the day it was installed. They helped us install a new light and fixture while the water level was down - saved us a ton of money and grief not having the pool down for an extended time. He gave us direction on how to deal with the source water and chemicals that needed to be applied. Zero footprint surrouding when the job was finished.
