Called to request services, the office staff were polite and helpful. The service technician was at my house in about 3.5 hours just like I was told. He had my A/C repaired and cooling again in about 20 minutes. In addition to the repair, he cleaned the coils on the outside unit as well as cleaning the inside unit. The price was budget friendly considering what other companies charge. I will be calling Budget Heating and Air again when needed.

Were immediately available to come out and assess the problem. Order part and fix it. Fast friendly servie

Budget is a local company who offers quality service to maintain/install/repair HVAC units. Every one (from the office to their techs) are courteous and professional. Their services are great and they offer an economical price. We highly recommend them and have used their services for 10+ years.

We recently moved to the New Market area, so this is our first time using Budget Heating and Air to replace our HVAC. The office staff was friendly and reliable. The owner, Ray, came out to our home quickly, went over several options and helped us choose the right system for us. The installation crew did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves, and answered all of our questions. We look forward to working with them to maintain our HVAC system. Budget Heating and Air has been servicing us for years. They have always responded to us on the same day we call with an issue. All of the employees are respectful, courteous and professional from the 1st call through to completed service call. Our issues are always resolved ! We highly recommend and appreciate them so much!

The team at Budget are top-notch professionals. They arrived at our home at 8am, and stayed all day, putting in new duct work and new outdoor unit. They explained everything in a way that was easily understood, and made sure we were comfortable with all of the work before they left at 5pm. Highly recommended!!!!

Fast response - they got out to our house same day I called for an issue. Their maintenance agreement is a great price, so we are moving forward with that as well.

Jacob did a great job. Very nice guy and answered all the questions I asked. He even picked up some decorations on the front porch, that had blown over while he was waiting on me to come to the door.

Had an AC company come over from Knoxville that tried to charge me $900 when I knew the problem could be fixed. Easily called budget and they had somebody over here within 2 hours who knew everything about my system and did the repair and the whole thing cost me only $100. Great local company that does the job that needs to be done without all the big company red tape to stop them from doing the job that needs to be done.

After another place came out 3 times in a week to fix a problem they were never able to, I called Budget. I was so frustrated and the office person was nice and understanding. Dusty came out that afternoon and did a thorough inspection and was immediately able to fix the problem for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The serviceman came and did the free maintenance check of my HVAC unit. The serviceman was very personable. The company called before sending the serviceman to my home and I received a text message of his pending arrival. This is a great company to do business with.

We have called on Budget 5 times now for 3 locations, they are fantastic. This last call was the best. Yes, we had to replace our 24 year old unit, but they showed tremendous compassion (medical situation out of our control) and got us worked in quickly to replace . I came home from the hospital with a cool house that was clean and perfect. I can't thank or recommend Budget enough!

After 10 days in 90 degree + 70 % indoor humidity, and waiting for another contractor to order a replacement evaporator coil for our 30 yr. old AC system, we were told that the part was no longer available !! That contractor said that he couldn't help us, so I began calling around to other HVAC companies looking for some relief from the heat.

After getting a couple of voice messages promisimg a call back. I finally found Budget Heat and Air.

The dispatcher said that the company owner, Ray, had just returned from doing another estimate, and that he would leave right away to help us. He arrived approx. 45 minutes later, explained our problem, discussed our options, and within about an hour he had come up with a plan to install a completely new, modern and highly efficient AC system in our home, and it would be installed on Saturday, just 2 days after my initial call to Budget.

Ray, and 2 other gentlemen (Josh and Michael) arrived promptly at 8:30 this morning, and our super quiet and efficient system was completely installed and running by 1:30.

These expert installers were professional, efficient, and very helpful in answering all of our questions and explaining our new HVAC system.

We are EXTREMELY satisfied with our entire experience with Budget Heat and Air, and highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs !!

I had been waiting on the person that installed my HVAC to come service it for weeks. Had someone recommend Budget to me. I got a call a few minutes after filling out a web form on their website Friday. I had someone in my house on Monday to look at it. It is no longer 80 degrees in my house. I have a new HVAC company!
