Called made a appointment asked the guy how much to come out he said 79 dollar's asked him any other charges he said just parts. So next day after just looking at it for 10 min. No repairs charges me 188.00.

The Technician (Wayne) was both professional and knowledgeable. He was efficient & preformed the service in an excellent fashion. During the service routine he noticed a leaky valve On the compressor that was leaking a small amount of oil. He corrected the problem and checked the other fittings during the pressure checks. This attention to detail saved me big time trouble later on as this leak would have become more of a problem. Thank you for outstanding service. The owner David was quick to return my call personally. He also had a technician (Wayne) come out the same day. Part was obtained and my elderly aunt had her heat back on in no time. I was impressed with their professionalism and reasonable price. Also, the gave me heads up on a few possible future problems but no pressure at all to do this "other stuff". I will call them for sure if I need HVAC help in the future.

I would highly recommend Adkins Heating and Air to all my friends and family. We were told by another company we needed to replace the entire unit costing anywhere between $5000-$6000.
