Plumber was great but charging $70 to show up is ridiculous. Every other service provider would apply that to the cost of the service or just build it into the price.

Butt Plumbing was amazing. Our washing machine supply valve was leaking and John and Josh were fast in repairing it and very knowledgeable about several other projects we're working on. We'll definitely be making more "booty" calls in the near future.

John was very professional and friendly! He got to my home exactly when he said, completely fixed the leak, and explained everything! I will definitely be recommending Butt Plumbing to everyone I know! Thank you so much!

We have used butt Plumbing in the past. That's why we called again when we needed Plumbing work. You guys are always on time and do a really good job. Our technician John is a real good guy and a hard worker very knowledgeable. Hopefully we won't need you too soon but when we do we will call again.

Had to replace both my kitchen and bathroom faucets and trap systems so they would drain properly. Butt Plumbing was able to fix this, and also diagnose a complete sewer blockage I had no idea about. They were able to clear that blockage temporarily (the root system causing the problem could always grow back) and make sure I could use my new sinks at no additional cost. Very efficient and extremely helpful. Happy to have Butt Plumbing save mine lol

I got a visit from the water company on a Thursday and they said I obviously had a water leak. I had used 30k gallons in just a few weeks. I called Caleb at 6:45 that night, not really expecting him to answer. Not only did he answer, but he arranged to be at my house the next day. And you know what? He showed up on time, quickly found the leak and fixed it in a couple of hours.

I haven't had contractors respond as quickly and efficiently as Caleb. I love to see young, hungry entrepreneurs who care about good quality work and a good reputation. I can't recommend him Butt Plumbing enough. You won't be sorry if you give him a shot.

Excellent experience as usual. John is an excellent representative of his company. Tonight he had another co worker who was equally polite and professional but whose name I did not catch. Cannot recommend Butt plumbing enough. My first phone call for any plumbing needs.

Called them with a water heater leak that turned into a need for replacement. Caleb came in and gave us the quote and said it could be done later that day. The guys were true to times they said they would arrive as well as being very professional in their work. Will recommend to anyone that needs assistance. John was great. He let me watch and he showed me a lot about the job. When the job became more complicated he told me why and what my options were and was able to help me right on the spot in getting a newer toilet.

I have used Butt plumbing in the past, for a tankless water heater that three other plumbers could not fix. John was tech then and again today. I had two cracked toilets that needed replacing. John does great work, he is knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be using and recommending Butt plumbing for all plumbing needs in the future.

These guys are the best! They installed a new gas water heater for me. They explained how to use it and answered all my questions about using gas. Everything was clean and tidy when they left. They even covered their shoes to protect my floors. Really nice and professional!
