Andy came out to our home and went straight to work. He took pictures of our existing gutters, he also explained the product and how the system worked. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the product presented to us. I am so excited to have new gutters installed on out home. Andy went over everything making sure we understand everything about the gutters the warranty and all that are covered. We are so excited about our purchase.

Our gutters were failing miserably. Standing water in them and not even clogged. Pulled away from the house in many spots causing erosion in yard and some foundation damage because of the water. Called Leafguard and Carl came out on 5/7 and they worked with me to get the cost down to what I had in my budget. Carl is very knowledgeable about what the system does and he loves his job and the product. Well they showed up today 5/8 to install them. The crew was very knowledgeable at their craft and did an amazing job . The really paid attention to details from start to clean up. Thank you so much. The investment is minimal compared to future damage repairs. No need to worry again or get on a later.

The reviews say it all….Everybody I had interaction with was very polite an they worked fast as hard as they could! they had to deal with wasp 🐝 an the heat 🥵 it looks great I do like the color! After everybody got checked on this was the best company for the job I did have a little problem about the gutters in the front but it’s all good the manager is really great guy even with all the boo-hoo Hoo I’ve been giving him! But overall damn good job If i had to do it all over I would still choose this company no doubt in my mind and if anybody ask me I will recommend this company. I would go outside and take more photos but it’s too hot for me and I’m just too damn lazy

We are so excited to get our Leafguard installed this Friday. I can't believe they are only 3 days out on install! Talk about fast service. Rachel Green came out on a Tuesday morning and went over all of our Leafguard options. She really went to bat for us and was able to get this project comfortably in our budget. Finally, a maintenance free gutter on our home that we do not have to worry about. They said it was their responsibility. Looking forward to this peace of mind.

Carl Bateman came to give me a estimate on the system and I have to tell you he and this company have gone beyond and above anyone I have ever dealt with. I've wanted this system for 2 years and now I'm getting it. If you want your home protected from water in the gutters you must use Leaf guard and no one else.
The system was installed Friday morning. The guys were very cordial and professional. Made my house look great and now it's protected from the rain.

This company disappointed me at first, but they made the situation right.

The original problem was related to their downspout hatches they call "drain defenders". They are metal covers that pop into the downspouts. When you take off the downspout covers, there is a grate that catches any leaves that might make it into the system -- which is normally pretty minimal. You can then clean out the leaves at eye level.

However, two of the drain defender hatch covers would pop off out when there was heavy rain. Then the lawn service would run over the popped drain covers with the lawnmower, bending them to the point they were useless. I called Leafguard twice and was told twice they would send new downspout hatches, but they never came. This really disturbed me given the $15,000 price tag and the fact that the whole system has a lifetime guarantee.

However, a manager from Leafguard saw this review (see below) and asked me to phone them to discuss how to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. As a result of the call, they did send new downspout hatches and also took other measures to help me feel satisfied I was taken care of.

Overall, I can now recommend this company because they stood behind their guarantee and am therefore updating my review from 1 to a 5 stars. I like the idea of the downspout hatches/drain defenders and the overall system that prevents most leaves from entering the drainage system. This makes the gutters nearly maintenance free and prevents you from risking your life by climbing ladders to clean out our gutters, which are 2-3 stories high.

ANDY WAS FANTASTIC 😍😍😍😍😍! WE HAD THE GUTTERS CLEANED THIS WEEK! HE TOOK PHOTOS AND THE GUY DIDN'T CLEAN THEM! WE HAD WATER COMING IN THE HOUSE! THIS SYSTEM IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Leaf Guard! These are before pictures of what we had done because we can't reach the roof! The first photos are the all in one gutter guard system and how they work! Our house was rotting from the water damage! Thank you gutter guard! You saved our home! And kept the snakes out ! Woohoo 🙌 The after photos are at the bottom! They were done in less than a day, and 30 minutes before a storm hit, so we got to see how well they worked! Absolutely amazing!

Got a quick appointment with Andy, who was very knowledgeable and explained the system very well. It was especially helpful to see examples of various other gutter systems and their pros and cons. He photographed our current system and showed areas where it is failing. This thorough evaluation made it an easy decision that Leafguard is the way to go. Will provide another review after the system is installed.

It was pleasure working with Carl Bateman and his GM Anthony on our project, Carl was very patient and informative about their product. They worked together and made a budget that worked great for us

I called late on Friday and was surprised someone even answered the phone, but being the skeptic and cynic I am I asked if they did estimates on the weekends because I'm usually out of town during the week for my job. I was assured a Saturday estimate was not a problem, well my cynical self popped out and I set the appointment for the next day , a Saturday at 8 am. Knowing no one would show, at about 10 til 8 Saturday morning Shane knocked on my door, now I live nearly 3 hours from Nashville and he wasn't on time, HE WAS EARLY!!! we visited for a while and had coffee, I could tell Shane was passionate about his product and I and my wife felt very at ease with him and felt he was an honest person, fast forward about 40 minutes. He came back in the house with videos of my current gutter system ( not a pretty sight considering my home is only 5 yes old). He explained what was wrong with my current system and what was right and the dangers of leaving a sun par system in place. Long story shirt he put a package together, remember I'm a cynic, I was sure he couldn't get into a price range I would be comfortable with,, I WAS WRONG! we decided to try 1 more thing to see if he and LEAF GUARD we're as customer driven as they seemed to be so we knew the system was as advertised, we could clearly see that Shane would do whatever it too to give us the best gutter system ever designed so we decided to press for installation early the following week,. Yeah, they met that expectation as well. Monday morn at around 10:00am. I got a call from the install foreman telling me his crew was on site and beginning work. They sent pictures of before, after the old gutters were down, and pics of the leaf guard gutters going up shortly after lunch I got a call that they were done! Seriously! You need to reach out and ask for SHANE from the Nashville office! It'll be the best outside remodel you will ever do on the most expensive invest you'll ever make! Protect your foundation, protect your facia protect your roof! Get LEAF GUARD!

What peace of mind! We wanted to have our gutters replaced, and we contacted Leafguard for inquiry. Carl Bateman came to our home today for the discussion about our gutters. Carl presented the information to us in a concise manner, and our reservations were resolved.
Carl is very thorough with his explanations, yet we did not feel overwhelmed. His manner was pleasant, his information was comprehensive. Carl knows about his product and made an effective pitch, all the while keeping us in the discussion. We were not 'preached to,' but his presentation persuaded us
What we were concerned about was the cost of the installation. It was problematic for us. However, Carl worked with us to find a solution, and I have to say we were impressed with the accommodations to make the purchase approachable. These gutters are worth their price, yet it is still daunting.
Carl helped us work through our hesitation. We are anticipating the installation.

Went through the sales process and were quoted an incredibly high price of almost $80 per foot for gutters. We chose to do a partial area of the front of our home to see how effective the gutters were regardless of the presentation. After scheduling the installation we never heard from the sales person again, no follow up at all.
We had to follow up with the area manager Trey because the installers did not install what was promised by the sales rep. There was no clean out in the down pipe (which was one of his selling points). They had to return and install one which they did.

Results. After the first heavy rain I must say that we are less than thrilled with the high dollar gutters. As long as the rain rolls gracefully off the roof, they work fine. However, rain falls out of the sky at 20 mph and when it hits the now Solid tops of the Leaf Guard, it splashed versus going through a screen (The other style getters)and settling in the gutter valley. So, now our front entry is much wetter than it was when we had the more conventional Mesh style gutter covers. The whole front entry now is wet up to the front door which never happened prior to Leaf Guard.

Unfortunately, these gutters didn't do nearly as well as we had hoped, especially for the price. We hope this is helpful.
