Where do I start abt this company ? My A/C went out and I called this company for a service call. They told me its a 99$ upfront to get their technician to come and diagnose the issue. I paid them upfront using my CC and their guy came in next day. He didnt even spend 5 mins. The weather was so hot and he saw that I lived with little kids and he knew the demand. he told me that he needs to load freon, clean up ducts and went on an on. I told him clearly that a full service where a new condensor coil, freon and everything was done just 8 months ago and it is basically something simple like a capacitor thats gone out. He told me that he will need to charge another 99$ if he has to look at the outdoor unit. At this point, I called the company with his technician around and I was told that the extra charges need to be paid to look at the outdoor unit. Extremely frustrated with their attitude I had to tell them to leave and called another company. Their technician showed up the same afternoon and they diagnosed the issue to be a simple wiring issue and my A/C is back in business again. Anyone using this company risk being ripped off and they will gladly take advantage of your situation.
